Great learning experience.
I am the only electrician in the meat processing plant,I make sure the plant start up well and there's no electrical issues everyday. Afterwars then I do my daily preventative maintenance schedules on machines. Some days are a bit hectic but I eventually manage to get everything under control.
Pros: I learned a lot and have grown in my field of work

am a hard working person and I wnjoy my current day to day job and mostly what important to me is to face daily challenges and mostly what I enjoy is to resolve customer queries and create issue and always lllokinf for a solution when the is a problem. The most challenging aspect is keeping fleet healthy and ensure that the are taken care off

Always get the job done well
Hard working and have good people skills. Communication is a skill that I have mastered and problem solving is a skill that I have acquired. I work well with all races and always achieve my budgets and can manage them . HR issues is a strong skill of mine as I believe that its easier to get things done through others by empowering them.
Pros: Was offered promotion and rejected due to not wanting to relocate

Learned a lot
I I had a good working relationship with my co-eorkers. I learned a lot in my job but I enjoy doicollectting money and speaking to my customers building up a good working relationship. I enjoy speaking to my customers new.
Pros: Great working opportunities in gaining good experience and working under pressure is a big goal

Excellent learning curve
Great to start up your career but there’s no growth when it comes to young engineers. Engineers work as artisans and are no groomed to be good leaders.

Good company to work for
I have been with the company for almost a year and I have learnt alot, there is room for growth and are very good with training stuff . I have a good relationship with my fellow colleagues. I mostly do admin support for my department and occasionally go out into the trade to check out how the stock is at the supermarket.
