Good work experience

Famous brands is a very good company to work for. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. Famous brands is a very big company, I paid over 50 suppliers a month. I enjoyed communicating with different suppliers. The most challenging thing is that you have to meet your deadlines and I enjoyed that challenge.

Excellent learning curve

Ecellent relationship with co-workers. No day is the same. I have interactions with people from all walks of life from all levels. The most challenging espect is dealing with different personalities (Franchisees), who demand dfferent things from you.

Excellent

I'm in the fast moving machine industry which are filling.packaging.heating .cooling and all types of utilities boiler generators PFC and metering, preventative maintenance (ppm) daily basis doing all kind of breakdown and machinery refurbishment

Pros: Being there for long period nothing new I can learn so far
Cons: Nine hours per day

Great Experience

Start day getting all food orders sorted out for the coming weeks. working out weekly salaries and shifts. training staff for up and coming promotions and making sure production runs smooth for the week. My relationship with staff is awesome never rude and disrespectful always making sure they happy at the work space. iv learnt that safety and hygiene in a restaurant is highly important and that is should never be taken for granted running promotion where the best because you see how the customer gets excited and goes up for more food after the tasting sample . whats challenging is when the store has to stay 100% and the area manager comes in for an evaluation test and if you fail its a default against the store

Good relationship at work and deliver goods in time

Good relationship with other workers and with high motivation at work bcz of team work. I learnt that it's nice to ask someone and advice about work if you don't know something. I enjoyed the way our super visors work with me with a whole heartily not at work. The most challenging aspects l faced is to have a problem with a truck while l was in the area where by there is no signal to connect with my superiors.

Excellent learning Curve with Seniors who are willing to assist

oreThey dont live up yo all their core value. Hardworkers are not rec ognized ca. Skills development main purpose wjould be developing skills and not BBBE main driver. New entrants should be given enough time to get the working environment. Communication lacks
