Pros: Fast learner, knows various departments jobs in logistics. Like to surround myself with networking people so i can learn one and two.
Cons: In warehousing and logistics companies there's always overtime as you working customers and your job is to make them HAPPY. Customers are kings and needs special ATTENTION.

Not good company as it look
Since i have become part of famous brands there is no progress,they dont deliver what they promise their employee's. I have been trying to show my intrest in other positions but they keep on shutting me down. Nothing i have enjoyed,my manager and i dont see eye to eye i feel like she is on my case everyday and she makes sure she closes all the oppoturnities for me. We work hard as cleaners but we dont get any thank you.

Amazing experience and exposure
very informal environment exposure to all levels and positions work in different plants and working environment no day is the same high pressure consumer supply consumer research safety first quality is important I've leaned to be independent and confident in my self and abilities challenging at most times one can be a sponge and just learn

Tomato paste production
Lead fellow worker . Commitment . Commutation . I enjoyed working on boiler . But learning how to make tomato paste is a great experience.ive learnt how the machine work and how many hours it takes to build up bricks. Well and good understand with fellow workers.. standby duties as well on team to on week days or weekends . safety is the most challenging..but safe first before doing a job . I have a few safety certificates .
Pros: It's a good company to work for. Just that you as a person need to know where you stand with your company .
Cons: 9hours a day ..but production 12 hours a day

peoples person run daily operations tasks with 18 stores in the region. spread throughout the month fro east london, mthatha,port alfred,GHT,jbay, port elizabeth, uitenhage. running reports on sales matrix a well as sales analysis of the region. drafting tactics to increase sales and NOP of 2% as well as marketing plan. weekly feedback to region. running campaigns on region as well activations to drive sales and targets including budgets. drafting budgets for the year and region. i enjoy working with people alot. do not like stagnation and not having MBOs. Most challenging thing i face at work is negative franchisees but through building relationships with them, soft spots and weak spots are important to know.

Observant it's my key to know how to learn or do the job. My work day sometimes become stressful but I do manage, I love all my colleagues they like family
