Good day Please find the attached CV. I have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. And Btech Quality Degree. I have worked for more than 5yrs . Currently I am looking for an opportunity ..I work in both office and field. I spendmost of the time driving. I work with a team of 7. The most friendly and supporting team .I learnt a lot from them which is respect one another and being responsible and work on my own. I like to make everyone around lough and have fun as much as the work is challenging but always try make sure we play in between just to reduce stress. Most challenging part is having to drive hours away from home and come back late to your family but the encouragement and support of the family make it easier. Thanks 0833944068

Learning new things everyday. Enjoying training new staff in our department. Interacting with my colleagues is also what I enjoy most of the time. My job help me to be more organized since you mostly deal with deadline. I also learnt how to priorities my work. Our documents management systems make me to enjoy my work because of their accuracy. My job is demanding cause sometimes you are expected to work more hours however since we have a good team we always comes top.
Pros: obviously everyone wants to grow wherever he/she works and theres a lot of opportunities to grow.
Cons: I do work long hours whenever theres a lot of work to do

Stagnant for 3 years
Working for Eskom is a constant struggle. Nothing gets done. Management doesn't have any direction and corruption is the order of the day. Very few people take ownership of their work.

Quality Control in Eskom
Typical work; Inspection of work during dis-assembly, refurbishment and reassembly, for outages, projects and normal maintenance. A fair relationship with co-workers. What I have learnt; Turbines and electricity generation as a whole. What I enjoy most; giving technical advice. Challenging aspect; you always meet new challenges with the same equipment and people.

Excelence learning curve
I am currently working for Eskom as an Assistant document controller. I am holding my Marketing diploma and I also have a degree in Business Administration. I am an individual who is committed in what I do I work with contract document as well as incoming and outgoing correspondence for different companies. I have faith that I can be a good rather a suitable candidate for the job. I am currently residing in Mpumalanga Volkstrust. Working at Eskom Majuba. I can work long hours when it due, and I am willing to learn new things new environment. I can adopt so easily.

Personal career grown
I work as as a safety profeesional. My day to day in not confirmed as there are emergencies on site, I have had an opportuninty to work in contractor management and also implement and maintain management systems. I work wel undepresure althou would like to things done on time. I have learn not to treat everone the same as I had to build a team from scratch, I have also imporoved on my litsenning skills.

Growth opportunity
When I get to work the first I do is check the SAP system for any notifications that might have been loaded at night. After that we have a departmental morning meeting where by we discuss plant issues, notifications and work orders. I also supervise contractors when there is any work that they are busy with. I attend outage meeting to find out which spares are needed at the plant and engage with procurement to procure them. My colleagues and I work as a team to achieve a common goal. I learned that good communication between colleagues is essential to create an environment where everyone will show their full potential. I enjoy working as a team because I get to learn things from other people which I had no knowledge of. The challenging aspect of my job is working with suppliers who don't have technical knowledge.
Pros: Great opportunity to be exposed to doing work being done by my seniors.
