Currently I am looking for an opportunity ..I work in both office and field. I spendmost of the time driving. I work with a team of 7. The most friendly and supporting team .I learnt a lot from them which is respect one another and being responsible and work on my own. I like to make everyone around lough and have fun as much as the work is challenging but always try make sure we play in between just to reduce stress. Most challenging part is having to drive hours away from home and come back late to your family but the encouragement and support of the family make it easier. Thanks  0833944068

Have learnt so much and willing to learn so much more

On a day to day basis I am normally busy with analytical ( root cause analysis) type of job and reporting to various process partners. I work with a dedicated team of billing staff. I get fascinated by what I do, as on a day to ay basis I get to unpack what can be done to better the processes by various role players in the Manage revenue value chain. Error free and timely bills is a priority for me and the team. Through my leadership the team strives to deliver on this mandate. It can be challenging at times if not all role players are on board and deliver o their responsibilities.

Pros: Always exciting to be a role player in achieving organisational goals
Cons: Highly pressurised and deadline driven environment

My personal experience at Eskom

It has been great working for Eskom. I have made a few good friendships over the years, and get along well with my boss and colleagues. I have learned a lot about the electrical network and its challenges. There was a time when I had just started and worked standbys, that was a challenging but yet exciting time of my working life as I learned a lot in the process. Eskom is a company that takes good care of its employees. They are also quite fair when it comes to taking leave and attending to family issues. They promote working safely and being ethical at all times. Presently, the most challenging part is not being able to work to my full potential, hence looking for something different.

Pros: Fair when it comes to working times
Cons: Not working to full potential and less promotion opportunity
