Cons: im working 8 hours sometimes I work during weekends but not always I like to work with them especially working with kids its so amazing u learn much from them

Great experience and learning curve

I am currently doing administration, my typical day consist of liasing with client, sending out quotations to clients for accommodation. writing minutes for meetings. making bookings for officials via the travel agency. collection of officials itineraries and submission to the manager. Compiling a monthly report and financial report for the office. in the few years i have been here i have grown and receive great experience from my supervisor and also ventured further into assisting our kitchen staff when they are short staffed, with catering for our visiting group, with menu writing and preparing meals.

Pros: being exposed to different working situations and gaining experience
Cons: uncertainty about one's job, as it is contract based.

Excellent learning cuver

I worked at EPWP Company but we faced face many challenges about our payment of the end of month the employer was not paying us on time i think it's been a long time time doing thisbut

Good learning curve

we work well as group also we don't have to many conflicts , working on roads, cleaning and making our community look clean, there are know good benefits for a young mom, and one can only take it a starter job to learn more about the working life.

Focused during work hours We Able to work with colleages,warm hearted and generousity Learning everyday how to respect people keep your emotions out of work place No judgements and/or racism at work place that's most enjoyable thing, if qouted out in a work place Extra hours, sickness and family duties are the most ones challenging in a work place

The company is very good

I have learned a lot from the company plus i have a passion of working in rural communities like Makapanstad but i don't mind working on suburbs as well.
