Amazing learning and fun time with the children

I would sweap and mop the community centre in the morning including the hall.My colleagues and I would then lay out the daily game and get all the equipment layed out for the children. When the childrena arrives we would then play basketball or soccer with the children.We would also shoot pool and play dominoes . I'm very understanding with my co-workers.I would first listen to their option about which fun activities should be done and then share my idea and I I'm open to any success and sharing my idea . I've learnt how to be patient and to work with other people.It also learnt me how important a team role is and how to communicate my ideas clearly. I enjoy most is when I work the children to see the joy on their faces when they do something right.

Good for experience

The organization helped me to improve the skills needed to employable worker. I enjoyed a lot to be around my co workers I leant a lot from them. I leant to be a responsible and effective worker. I enjoyed my achievement at summit 2016/11/23 it was best to be the best of the best around chosen clinics. stipend was the least and disadvantaged in life.

It was really great working with Epwp, and I'm very grateful for them giving me an opportunity to learn working with different people and enjoying what I did, I have learnt how to get along with different people in different associations with different attitudes. That sadness of everything was getting so attached to the loving and warming work environment and then having to say goodbye at the end due to contract determination. I won't mind to work for the Epwp again and would really love a solid position. Maybe to had stayed a little longer. I am a really good employee, I do my best of my ability in what I do to keep everyone happy, I get very well along with my co-workers, they really enjoyed being around me, I'm a loving and gentle person with a good personality and mindset. The most challenging aspect of my job was discipline... But at the end of the day parents came and thanked me, because then there children started listening to them. I just want to say that I'm really good in what I do.

Quick learner

Collection and capturing of data daily, compiling of weekly and monthly stats, correcting before capturing. Run daily , weekly and monthly reports and submission to the sub region, retrieving of files and filling back. Preparing agenda for meetings and compiling of minutes monthly. Assisting in the administration department when required

Summary

Iam interested on the available post that will help me to GAIN different skills. Iam currently employed at epwp as a cleaner, i Belice that the qualifications and work experience that i, have gained will make me an ideal candidate for the JOB. I enjoy my work alot and iam having a very good relations with everyone that Iam working with, i have learned to be in the clean environment and stop making lettering. The challenges that i come across is that we are working on the sun and Walking for a Long distance

Excellent learning curve

Am a hard working person. I put my all in what i do.am a person with to much respect. Team work is most important cause we get to learn from each other... I like to improve the skills that i have and do more things. Compromising is the best that i love cause u learn to adapt from everything.

The ups and downs of my last job and the experience i gained

i was learning a lot and gaining communication and problem solving skills which i was always keen to learn.i sometimes worked with admin,some days with unblocking of drains so i got to do a lot of different jobs.sometimes i would be busy with the working of the gates thus i got exposed to a lot of working experience.i also learnt how to interact with people of different places as i had people from different places in the same working place which taught me a lot about co-existence. i learnt how to handle or resolve conflict at work.i made realization that working hard and smart lead to productivity most vital is co-operation with fellow workmates,i also taught myself during this work that every individual should learn to discipline themselves in order to stay on the right path.i always made sure i work beyond expectations and that made me to enjoy my duties very much.
