It was an excellent learning curve for me

It's a learning curve for me n it's great working as a team...I enjoyed working the health department and everyone at the clinic doesn't mind helping one another out..yes it's very tiring working with many different people but den we wer thought about the batho Pele principle so I try to stick by it...I learnt so many things including how to open files and retrieve files for the patients

Pros: its a great opportunity for an undergraduate so that I could learn how to behaviour in the workplace enviroment
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning opportunity

Look at my diary and do follow ups. Attendi quiries for that day Capture information on Sap and send emails in different departments for the to fix it if it needs

Great learning curve

I get to gain some Admin skills, Learn some traffic officer skills, Get good relationship with people, Get to communication with different types if people, Having a lot of trust from my employers and also on my colleagues, Gaining punctuality skill, Being reliable to my employers and my colleagues.

Pros: Working there with no hope of being promoted,

Work experience

capturing the drivers hours and kms when they arrive or leaving sites and capturing the complaints. Went for training to create c3 for capturing the complaint which goes to the depot. To be the first on due and the last to clock out and does not receive bonus.

Pros: great working experience
Cons: working long hours on weekends is not worth the money

Excellent skills development

Ourselves. I have developed more oils than I already have and for that I am greatful.They work only on eek days and weekends they're off. The City provides great opportunity for unemployed youth.

Great experience and learning curve

I am currently doing administration, my typical day consist of liasing with client, sending out quotations to clients for accommodation. writing minutes for meetings. making bookings for officials via the travel agency. collection of officials itineraries and submission to the manager. Compiling a monthly report and financial report for the office. in the few years i have been here i have grown and receive great experience from my supervisor and also ventured further into assisting our kitchen staff when they are short staffed, with catering for our visiting group, with menu writing and preparing meals.

Pros: being exposed to different working situations and gaining experience
Cons: uncertainty about one's job, as it is contract based.

VERY GOOD

WE WERE HELPING OLD PEOPLE TO CLEAN THEIR HOUSES ALSO THE DISABILTY PEOPLE.WE WE VERY STRONG TEAM HELPING EACH OTHER WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION.THE JOB WAS SO CHALLENGING BECAUSE SOME OF THE OLD GRANNIE WONT ALLOW US TO HELP THEM THEY WILL SEND US AWAY,BUT I ENJOY WORKING WITH THEM BECAUSE SOME OF THEM WERE WELCOMING US WITH WARM HANDS AND FRIENDLY TO US.
