Route of growing and learning daily
I started working as a general employew and grew within the company on the inventory field where i became excellent stock controller. SAP operater ,as stock investigator. The experience I'm learning is exciting because it gives an individual an exploring curve into different things as a supply chain and logistics. Being in an environment where you can say or tell what's bothering you,give out hence vision,solutions to problems without not feeling less of yourself.
Pros: likely ground of promoting people

Enjoy administration. Fast learner. Willing to adapt to change. Can multitask. Goal oriented person. Good personality. Hard worker. Have an excellent relationship with fellow colleagues. Do well with time keeping. Work day includes doing time cards for staff, doing admin work for the cash office, receiving and till points and the rest of the store. Doing HR work for the whole store.

Learner basic
I am a very friendly person who likes to take part in any activities done by the company so that I can learn more every new work provided to grow in future, I can work under pressure and work over times same as long hours if possible or when there is work load.working with people less than a big number won't affect me with anything because there will be more time to learn different skills of gaining knowledge
Pros: Working with workers more that a thousand doesn't affect me because it give me lots of pressure to know and work hard which is the thing I like most as it gives my brains to be alert every time
Cons: Am a very good person on working long hours because work is a very important issue which bring the company to grow

You have to be mostly carefully when working with money and the again customers are different some come with their stress your just have to gel withe their daily emotions

Excellent learning curve
Great customer service. Friendly and good working environment. Excellent management in all aspects. An environment that encourages great staff development and support. Very diversatile and culture orientated. Staff are able to express themself in way that makes them happy. Problems are handles in a very organised manner at all time. Opportunities for development and improvements in ones skills and personality.

Great experience
A typical days of work includes giving out tasks to the team interacting with the team, monitoring counts and making sure stock is available when needed.. I have a great relationship with my co-workers it's always great interacting with them.. Iv learnt that I have to be firm in evething I say and do.. I enjoy working with people and learning new things... Challenge s I mostly face is working with older people as some of them don't like taking orders from a young person.

Excellent Learning Curve
Working in Dischem has is excellent, they expect a high level of discipline and commitment. I got an opportunity to learn about the logistics and distribution processes of a warehouse. They also introduced to me the SAP ERP which is one skill I will always value. The only reason I want to leave Dischem is that after working for 3 years, as a person there is that need to grow financially and a change of scenery.

My journey at work
I work at Dischem as a cashier. working at Dischem is great, I face alot of challenges daily with different customers with different personalities, mainly I enjoy serving customers and interacting with them giving great customer service just to put smile on their faces,a typical day for me is when the shop is not busy at all,relationship with my colleagues is so great we are like a family now we great on team work.in this job I have learnt great ways to interact with customers on how to convince the customers also on what to do to get a satisfying customer service.
