My journey at work
I work at Dischem as a cashier. working at Dischem is great, I face alot of challenges daily with different customers with different personalities, mainly I enjoy serving customers and interacting with them giving great customer service just to put smile on their faces,a typical day for me is when the shop is not busy at all,relationship with my colleagues is so great we are like a family now we great on team work.in this job I have learnt great ways to interact with customers on how to convince the customers also on what to do to get a satisfying customer service.

Fast learner
Am working Mon - Friday but am also willing to work shift. Not all workers will like you at work due to the work your doing. I have learn that once the staff likes you you might be having a problem. I have learn that team work brings the better production and I enjoy whereby leading by example as always guide those who left behind. I like briging different ideas in order for the company to grow bigger as we will be growing too. working Mon - Friday but am also willing to work shift. Good working conditions
It was a company full of youth, is was a good company because it give youth employment to avoid being on e.g drugs The company was paying better salaries and bonuses. The company teached me almost south African routes, how to be responsible a driver, how to obey road rules. It also changed me to be responsible to my family and how to take care of my self and also it tought me to respect my colleagues and elders. I've even gained my driving confidence because of the company.

Hard working individual
I work great in a team environment, also I am driven in my work as an individual also. It was a new challenge for me, had to promote new products and was liable for growth of Revlon, la Roche Posay, Vichy and Almay. Most challenging part of working for Dischem was the hours.

I'm hard working person, who like work to be done
It's GOod to work.around people and open clean environment . Working with people it's good because you know that you must get your job done in time . No one will do it for you

Excellent learning experience
Working for Dischem was great.I learn alot the past months and made me realise that working with people is what I Love to do.The people I've worked with made my working environment a pleasant and happy place.To see you can put a smile on a patients face made myself very happy because to help other people is what i want to do.

Excellent place to grow and learn
This is overall a great company to work for it enables you to grow and explore. The only downside is that there is no work life balance and the company culture is sometimes not great. Great learning curve
It a good environment but it is very unequal. You get treated differently based on age and experience people are not valued hereng people and made good memories
