Great company, that thought me a lot

Dischem pharmacy it's a wonderful company that groomed me in a best way possible, they send us to get best trainings so that we can obtain knowledge and be able to pass it to their customers, at dischem pharmacy service excellence is the key to the business, never forgetting the team I'm working with, really makes it easy to supervise them. If you work hard sky is the limit.

Growth experience

An amazing work space. Typical working day would be coming in, getting your counter ready and assisting your customers and also dealing with customer complaints I worked with the most incredible team. I learned the aspects of a good team work. I enjoyed every working day at work.

Excellent

i work 7.5hr a day as an inbound clerk and my duties was to receive stock and capture invoices and create inbounds and fix bins...what i enjoyed most is communication with suppliers and my manager and the most challenging job it was mechine operator

Excellent customer service

Work days was fine. The problem is the relationship between co-workers. Some of them are very racist, they don't like Zulus.. I learn to be petient try to work as a team and work self dependent. I enjoy to serve customers and meet their needs. I enjoy to understand difficult customers. The things that challenge myself is promoting competition. Where I need to work more hard to make sure that my sales are higher everytime

I started working as a cashier then I got promoted to the higher position.

I started working as a cashier then I got promoted to the higher position as a switch board administrator. This gave me an opportunity to work at the customer service dealing with difficult customers.
