The management was poor hence the strike action that led to my departure.The working environment was fairly conjusive.The honest truth is there was no room for growth there.We worked a 12 hour shift but the treatment from employers was poor.

It’s a good environment to work and learning place
Good working environment love interacting with customers. The team are caring people enjoy working with them we solve all the problem together and talk about them that’s what makes the team a great.

Very unhappy with the professionalism and no growth at all...
I was very unhappy with my work environment and also the unprofessional behavior and the mal practice of favoritism. Going to work was very unpleasant andonly positive part of my day was assisting customers to my best potential even though I am not going to be seen or get any growth within the company cause it's kike a family business that is run by a bunch of kid's.

It was good working on that campany
I was working with different people every day meet new faces and give the most excellence advice with they diet make sure that I Audio my department checking the expired stock removed from the shelf every Monday make sure the shop is always clean all the time and every month I go for Training at our head office

Learning curve
It is everyday busy. We service over a thousand customers. I am in the specialty team, biologicals, nutrition and chronic and not forgetting stoma and homecare. I learn everyday and there's never a dull day. However it is time for growth and new experiences.

Its a fast growing company with excellent opportunities to grow improve skills
Well it good company in fast growing industry but we are treated unfairly and underpaid . I worked for over for over 3 years and they kept on updating my contract saying I only started 8 months ago and also nepotism is

Excellent services
It's a big company, well known and they train their staff very well. Customers have a positive attitude when they come in store because they know that the company has a excellent customer service. Staff gets along and they work dedicated and willing to present the company in a good manner

Poor service
Poor treatment to general workers, there is no opportunity of promotion and a lot of favourism is happening within the workplace. Shifts are not changing you stick to one shift only if you are working at night shift you will work night shift forever and if it's day shift you will work day shift forever which I feel it's not fair at all because shifts should changed determined by your number of days off.

Willing to learn and to grow with the company
I am a fast learner ,a hard worker,punctual, and can work independently as well in a team.i am valuable person in a company because i always do what is expected to be done.
