If you not friends with the manager your life at work isn't a great one
You will have a problem if you and the manager isn't friends. You work long hours and then they give you off in the week but they want you to work weekends and public holidays. Front shop staff like cashier's get changed very quickly no long term there.

Learning faster and willing to learn working harde
I.m working as inbound clerk under dischem and i.am enyoying my work with my collegeus and i.m friendly to them and i learn everyday.my challenge its when i count the stock because you may find that the quantity its not correct

It has taught me hard work pays off
Dischem is a great growing company it gives they workers great opportunities but the growth in the company is so slow that u just want to give up i believe i am not being paid what am worth in our department cosmetic we work together to make targets and we hve fun what dischem has taught me through out the years i hve been wit them it has taught me how to be a sales lady in cosmetics how to interact wit customers how to do add on sales and how to close the sale i enjoy dealing wit skin touch feel and consult how to do make overs and putting a smile on a customer

I am a self motivated person hard worker can work as a team, trustworthy I'm also a fast leaner can meet deadlines by giving me a chanse u won regret that I have experience as a cashier till September 2016 and welcome to computer skill that was done at siyakha leaning lab in April 2017 in Microsoft Word , Microsoft excel , power point ,Hardware and Software

The process where people develop a skill by learning from their mistakes. A steep learning curve involves learning very quickly. For example : becoming upbeat about being excellent involves a steep learning curve.
