Studying Business Admin and the willingness of my colleagues to help where they can.
Travelling to work is a bit strenuous because my mode of transport is unreliable(train). Being at work surrounded by people who have studied and are continuously studying gives me motivation to become a well educated and skilled individual. Working with my colleagues everyday gives me a sense of oneness and being a team player. The different cultures and backgrounds of my colleagues adds to my learning and work experiences. The most challenging aspect at work is time management for most of the time things tend to happen unexpectedly and one should be ready to go an extra mile when i get these challenges at the last minute,irrespective of these challenges i enjoy everything and every detail of my workplace.
Pros: Learning from from people their respective occupations.
Cons: No growing capacity.

Opportunity to grow
Working at Social Development gave me insight of working in the admin field as well as soon days dealing in the customer service field. My time at Social Development helped me grow in my work experience as well.

Internship
I work 8 hours per day, from 7:30 to 16:00. We have a good relationship with my co-workers just that the salary it does not meet my needs or responsibilities. I have learnt to communicate well with people for interpersonal relations, To work with a team, to take decisions, to be punctually, to use Computer and gained lot of Skills like Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, email and internet. I am a good listener, hard worker, have financial management Skills and organizing Skills. I enjoy working out of the office the most. The challenging aspects is where you find difficult discrepancies.
Pros: I am hoping for promotion although i am not sure of the chances because i am not yet employed by your company.
Cons: I think long working hours is 12 hours per day.

Political
As an intern I am not really gaining much experience where I work currently, I just do a portion of the work that we do at the supply chain cubicle. I think that I need to work for a private company rather than a government institution.

Currently on a business administration learnership at The Department of Social Development.
Besides the mode of transport i use on a daily basis which is unreliable sometimes,being at work gives me a purpose to study further and help out more to gain more experience.My co-workers are people who are very diversed,i learn alot from them on how to deal with various situations professionally. Being around different cultural and religious backgrounds gives me different views on different situations. Requesting something but not receiving any it at the time its needed.
Pros: Great place for gaining experience.

I am an enthusiastic and ambitious IT Graduate with good technical backgroup who possesses self-discipline, eager to learn and have the ability to work with the minimum supervision. I am very analytic and have keen eye into details. I possess good them spirit, I’m deadline orientated and have the ability to organise and present complex solutions clearly and accurately.

Learning everyday
working as an assistant community developer it has been a wonderful jurny to me seeing the difference i make on the field to the disadvantage people the feeling of someone saying thank you at least i'll be able to go to bed with a full stomach its an honor changing one persons life even is not on a big scale that little thing i do its so joyfull, i never thought i will survive the tragedies we meet along the way but here i am with nothing but hope that i am able to make difference
