Excellent working office space

I was an intern at department of education I wanted to work more as an intern as the were no post during my periods to apply as now I'm pushing hard to get a job.

Pros: great apportunity to have a work experience

Not to judge those with challenges

To go to classes and teach learners with behavioural behaviour and have to take control and discipline them.To be able to give instructions to co workers and they do them with respect and being able to be a confidante to them, and there are times for sharing jokes with them.To give respect in order to be respected back.Changing my learners behaviour to being responsible and focused learners bringing the best out of them including letting them achieve in different sporting codes.Having learners who use substance abuse and bunk school and those with abusive backgrounds to help them overcome those challenges. Its fulfilling to see a child gaining confidence after being in an abusive home or poor background.some of them they take charge of the school work competing to be the best and get awards that motivate them

Pros: I was a deputy principal now I'm gearing for ant senior post
Cons: I am used to working after the normal time left to finish and prepare for tomorrow

Have Quality, Safety, Maintenance and training qualifications

Learnt to be patient and to listen. When I've explained things to pupils and I see they learnt something and appreciate me teaching them. To try and teach when there's no diciplen and you have to make use of psychology to diciplen them. Work hand in hand with other teacher's with main goal that is to educate pupils.

Pros: Qualified in HSE, Electrical, Security and QA. Had my own turn key bussiness for 16 years

Always willing to learn and very dedicated.

GOOD RELATIONS WITH COLLEAGUES APPROACHABLE IN EXECUTING DUTIES UNCLEAR WORKING CONDITIONS WAS ONE OF THE CHALLENGES AND THE LACK OF RESOURCES IN THE ENVIROMENT. LEARNT NEW METHODS AND NEW TEACHING STRATEGIES.

I am good in computer

I am dedicated and enthuisam. I am willing to work under pressure with or without supervision. I like to communicate with other people . at the current company I assist as paymaster. Good customer care. I also handle confidential document such as finance file and other confidential file

Pros: i didnt get a primotion at the current company. but m wiilling to work hard to get a promotion
Cons: i also work a long hours even holidays

I want to see my self as a manager growing and giving back to the company

I was working for Deparment of Education for 15years, I was the best in computer, good in everything and multitasking always chosen by the Department to go for workshops and training and implement, I was proud of myself to be recognised by the staff, parents and learners acknowledge me, I love my job and was working with a happy face everyday, I have learned that people will never be the same , personality doesn't changed, respect young and old, don't underestimate anyone,don't be rude to people. The most challenging moment is when I have to capture all the learners marks for them to get the reports as I was the only admin trained for the Programme called SAMS. Counting every item of the school from books which was LTSM material to equipment which was assets and make sure that you capture and educators sign. It was not easy but I made it from Jan 2009 to September 2015.

Great Career Path

My job is very exciting because I have to work with a diverse group of people. I have good relationship with them with makes our job very easily and also meet dealines. We always have very busy days because HR is the core of business. Working with a team is very important because as people we think different having different views but we always listen each other and come up with collaboration solution that benefit our vision.

A good stepping stone

A leadership that I've learned a lot from. As support for young people in high schools by guiding and providing support to enable them to reach their potential and develop certain skills. although it hasnt been long working there What I enjoy most is when the learners work together and help each other as it shows growth and compassion. What I least enjoy is having to hear a lot of their sad experiences, but me and my co-workers always help each other if one becomes too emotional one is able to step in and drive the conversation home.
