I would highly recommend myself as a bonus to a company
I have degree in LBE learning by experience. I can fit in as foreman or as manager in various positions. Having had my own bussiness for 14 years I've been exposed and picked up experience in various aspects of bussiness.
Pros: I'm very fortunate for I don't know something I would get to know it very fast. I'm willing and eager to learn. I come along with people

Excellent learning curve
Its a great learning opportunity with a good excellent working experience. Good working hours, we always change ideas with my colleagues. I learnt to handle pressure under supervision and individually, I learnt how to ask for help when I need one where and how. I enjoy everyday work challenges, troubleshooting and seeing my clients satisfied with my work.

Excellent learning curve
I am a 28 year old lady working with department of education as a senior administrator. I studied human resource management diploma. I am a daughter of a Major Prophet Bushiri and a God fearing person I believe If I can be hired this could be a great learning curve for me. I am a fast learner who is very disciplined hard working and very good team leader. I want to see my self as a manager growing and giving back to the company
I was working for Deparment of Education for 15years, I was the best in computer, good in everything and multitasking always chosen by the Department to go for workshops and training and implement, I was proud of myself to be recognised by the staff, parents and learners acknowledge me, I love my job and was working with a happy face everyday, I have learned that people will never be the same , personality doesn't changed, respect young and old, don't underestimate anyone,don't be rude to people. The most challenging moment is when I have to capture all the learners marks for them to get the reports as I was the only admin trained for the Programme called SAMS. Counting every item of the school from books which was LTSM material to equipment which was assets and make sure that you capture and educators sign. It was not easy but I made it from Jan 2009 to September 2015.

Good business culture
My daily work basis is to make sure that users are working fine technically, i find it very nice working with users like them because they are so friendly even though there is those who are a bit rough but i try my level best to interact with them that is some of the experience that i'm getting, a lot i am learning although i also get challenges like when in have to train the teachers a new application that have just been introduced.

Challenging task
I learn every day as we have learners with different capabilities and from diverse culture. I would not miss a day at work since to me it is my second home. I enjoy the challdnges that we encounter with our learners. I work with learners who are basically from disadvantaged background and I find myself being able to put a smile on a face,I am able to sleep well. Knowing the impact I would have made will be long lasting.
Pros: I get to follow success of learners easily through the use of technology/social media.
Cons: Seeing learners drop out of school is painful.

Learn very fast
I am Ramugondo Avhasei Jane.I am a Technician support for Smartboard at School for 1year 4 months now,The duties are include Smardboard Technician and sending weekly report in GDE on every Thursday,assisting learner to aquare and adequate the tablets e.g Checking the content on the tablets,checking the wrong e-books on the tablets,report the stolen tablet in GDE ,Retrieve the tablets .attending meeting in GDE
