Good working experience
It was a great place to work at and convenient for ladies.Relationship with co-workers was good,our social life was also great.I was given opportunity to learn a lot and to prove my self how good I can be,their working hours are also manageable.

Great team work and excellent learning curve
Not all working days are the same. Depends on design stage. Start with planning , specification writing. Create models and drawings. Build first subsystems. Test and assemble in total system. Test system. Register data packs. Work closely with design team.

Good learning experience
A typical day consists of viewing machine reports,working capacity of the machine,servicing machine,repairs.the working relationship is a good work because we all work as team.in this company I have learn independence,quick thinking and good decision making.i enjoy unpacking new challenges daily my job is not repetitive so everyday is a new day,a new challenge I enjoy that a lot makes me look forward to go to work.small room for mistakes that is a bit challenging but I am used to it now.

Category Specialist Technical procurement
My daily responsibilities allow me to get in touch with every conceivable aspect of the business. This allows me to (together with my technical experience) assess and explore the management of various disciplines within the company and my area of responsibility. I get to and love working with all the people in the organisation from all levels - from cleaners to executive management. I get to liaise with suppliers and identify more to do business with. The greatest challenge is to ensure that my suppliers get paid in time as agreed.
Pros: It is a new skill added to my CV which I am most thankful for.
Cons: My contract will most probably not be renewed due to the fact that I'm not ethnically suitable for my position. I am most unlikely to get a permanent placement for that fact.

21 years working experience
. I have an Executive MBA from GIBS, a BSc (Hons): Appl.Sci, Industrial Engineering, BTech in Mechanical Engineering and second year level BCom subjects. I have 21 years working experience working in different positions in heavy engineering environments and also as an academic in project related Fluid-Thermal research field. My present position is as a Programme Manager at Denel Land Systems in the artillery business unit that is in the Defence industry.

Interpersonal skills
- my relation sip with my co-workers is every good and respectful - I have learned how to treat people in a good manner when I am around my co-workers and also at home -I enjoy working as a team most with my co-workers so we can be able to exel our work -the most challenging thing in work its when I cant be able to asset somebody such as my co-workers or customers with some thing really important

Great technology, lots to learn.
One learns how to design cost and manage projects. Freedom to explore design routes. Great work place. Mentoring of junior engineers. Not much to say about leadership and financial management. Vast engineering discipline. Complex designs, accountability. Design reviews.

Im applying for this position because i am currently dony have a permanet job
a typical work day I like is to work under all my co- workers and my relationship my co-workers is to treat one another with respect I have learned to work under pressure even to understand different types of people I enjoy working as team with other staff members the most challenging things at job is to deal with deadlines that you cant delay to manage them
