Great working environment
My working experience includes Secretarial duties, Admin, Journalism and sales. I am energetic, enthusiastic, a hard worker and innovative. I hold a Bachelors degree on International Relations and Public Administration. I was also nominated as upcoming journalist of the year in 2015 at the Caxton awards.

Growth in learning
My job was mainly about promoting the brand through various campaigns for the organisation and also driving political issues that speaks to voters. This also included conducting trainings, providing logistical support for national and provincial gatherings and also working with the budget to ensure that money is used the way it's supposed to be used. I had a good working relationship with colleagues (most who ended up being friends) because of my character and the outgoing personality I have. Even through obstacles, respect and love always shown through to ensure a strong working relationship. Through my work, I have learnt alot about myself and my relationship with people as I thrive in team work- alot is achieved when we work together. I love meeting new people, socializing, learning more about different people, races, cultures and tradition.

The greatest training
Working at the DA office opened up how office work is like,you normally tend to be motivated and thrive to be professional at all time. You get to do well in team work and end up achieving the same goal as an organization.

Learning environment
It was relax environment, but you need to reach your daily target. Once in two weeks we play the riddle to grow our knowledge in working as a team or individual. To reach the target in the campaigns that are difficult clients.none the less, there are lot of opportunities and internal staff are given 1st priorities.

Great communication skills telephone etiquette reception and switchboard experience
a typical workday is me starting my day as soon as i get to the office reporting to my manager and liasing with my director. calling donors for donations existing and new relieving reception when needed.

Good learning curve
Its basically working in communities,building relationships.The job is an unstructured one and flexible where I have to be disciplined because most of the time I have to manage myself as there is no Manager that is always checking on your work at all times and because of that I have a great relationship with my coworkers because we assist each other where the need arises. I have improved on my teamwork skills, working with people with diverse views and to coexist in a working environment.The best part about the job that I enjoy is bringing about change and development in people's lives and being able to solve some of their issues and it also challenges me to greater heights as I'm expected to meet targets.The most challenging aspect is the unstructured nature of the job which requires me to work at odd hours and under pressure.

Excellent experience
It was good experience with my co-workers. I have learnt writing skills and communication skills. I ejoyed working as a team. We had to worker pressure and long hours.

Excellent
I have been involved in organising of events, dealing with various people and working closely with colleagues. I also helped I finance department working through sources documents, reception department screening calls, controlling switchboard and dealing with queries This valuable experience has granted me the opportunity to develop time management skills and good organizational skills, which I would like to further improve within the organisation. I believe my personal attributes make me suitable for the position because I am a highly motivated and ambitious person whom I have already demonstrated through involvement in extracurricular and/ or team building activities. I have the required experience for this position as I have been working , I can work under pressure, I work well with other people, I am dedicated, committed and I do my job to the best of my ability

Excellent
My job was being a data capturer and a call center agent.It is not a huge call center but we had an amazing relationship with senior staff and co workers.I enjoyed both being a data capturer because I'm very fast and being an agent you get to know the views, complaints and compliments of the voters.I have learnt that respect goes the long way and if you respect one another your work is done smoothly

Challenging, but worth it.
Working in a political environment has been a great deal for my professional career. the most challenging part is how work colleagues conduct themselves in their various line of work, how i must execute my duties and still be as professional as possible. the reporting structure to start with is different from other work environments. however i have learnt to abide to business/work ethics, honesty, professionalism and performing at the best of my ability no matter the circumstances. one of my highlights at work was when i was given the opportunity to exercise my christian values at work and also provide counseling to my peers. overall it has been a pleasure working in such an environment. i now have a better understanding of the Provincial Legislature, Provincial as ell as national politics in our country. i have also improved my knowledge in budgetary control and management planning. my experience at the Democratic Alliance was challenging and provided me with personal growth also.
