Excellent
I am interested in administration,call centre and sales related job,and to ensure quality in everything I do,I believe I am good in determining,negotiation,quality,procedures, standards and specifications. assessing customer requirements and ensuring that all goals are met. I really enjoy working with people and have developed excellent communication skills as I like to assist and couch people, I am able to work under pressure , as a team and alone. Excellent growth opportunities
Working at the department I'm in all days are not the same. We work as a team and we don't only focus on our job descriptions, we do different tasks depending on what is needed and the ability or time to do it. We learn a lot from doing different tasks and I have personally learnt a lot from the three positions I have held. What I enjoy the most is when we travel to other provinces to do field work- face to face interviews and the most challenging is the deadline for translations since I translate two languages

Building up work experience
I am currently working at Democratic Alliance where I am a field support officer. I am currently busy completing my Applied psychology honours through the University of South Africa. The company where I am at, I work with public representatives on a daily basis. I tend to support them where needed on a daily basis. I enjoy meeting new people on a regular basis and from different socio economic backgrounds. The most challenging aspects would be how poverty is affecting such a big part of our country and how it just keeps growing.

be what they promised South Africa and not what is currently happening in home base. Some management staff can be looked at definitely some policies they need to re look at. I feel like the environment in some offices needs Jesus.

Excellent
My job was being a data capturer and a call center agent.It is not a huge call center but we had an amazing relationship with senior staff and co workers.I enjoyed both being a data capturer because I'm very fast and being an agent you get to know the views, complaints and compliments of the voters.I have learnt that respect goes the long way and if you respect one another your work is done smoothly

Great working environment
My working experience includes Secretarial duties, Admin, Journalism and sales. I am energetic, enthusiastic, a hard worker and innovative. I hold a Bachelors degree on International Relations and Public Administration. I was also nominated as upcoming journalist of the year in 2015 at the Caxton awards.

Growth in learning
My job was mainly about promoting the brand through various campaigns for the organisation and also driving political issues that speaks to voters. This also included conducting trainings, providing logistical support for national and provincial gatherings and also working with the budget to ensure that money is used the way it's supposed to be used. I had a good working relationship with colleagues (most who ended up being friends) because of my character and the outgoing personality I have. Even through obstacles, respect and love always shown through to ensure a strong working relationship. Through my work, I have learnt alot about myself and my relationship with people as I thrive in team work- alot is achieved when we work together. I love meeting new people, socializing, learning more about different people, races, cultures and tradition.

The greatest training
Working at the DA office opened up how office work is like,you normally tend to be motivated and thrive to be professional at all time. You get to do well in team work and end up achieving the same goal as an organization.

Learning environment
It was relax environment, but you need to reach your daily target. Once in two weeks we play the riddle to grow our knowledge in working as a team or individual. To reach the target in the campaigns that are difficult clients.none the less, there are lot of opportunities and internal staff are given 1st priorities.
