In 3rd year studying towards a Diploma in Financial Accounting NQF L6 completing - Sept 2018.Planning to further my studies in BCom - Financial Management in 2019 ( UNISA).Experience of 3 year 1 month as a Bookkeeper,1 year 4 months experience as a Regional Credit Controller with book value of R900mil ,2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative ,Billing Administration experience of 3 years, 3 years experience as a Sales Support Administrator, In possession of driver's license.

Working for the Democratic alliance made me organised with good time management. The environment is good as well as the staff. On my first day I was welcomed as if they know me for a long time. What enjoy the most is working with different people of different religions and building positive relation with clients. The staff is friendly so as the the co workers. I make sure that targets are met even exceeded. My quick thinking allows me to address and resolve conflict in our call centre. What I enjoy the most is team work. I have learned to work without supervision and meeting deadlines, not to discriminate my colleagues and help if asked to help. I faced a lot of challenges however I try my best to overcome them. Late comming and abesteesinm is the most challenge issue in a call centre but I always get 100% on my kpa, this made me very proud even my team leader too.
Pros: There is a great opportunity of growth depending to your key perfomance areas(kpa)
Cons: we working very long hours especially on political holidays

Very stressful but enjoyable.
It is normally buzzing as we all on calls on a daily basis. But the atmosphere gives the idea of how important is to connect to people and try to sell your product if not providing services telephonically. What I have gained in this experience is that customers need total attention and presence from me the caller, as to understand their needs and assist them to the best of my ability with resources presented to my disposal. In all of this reaching my targets is fundamental as it informs me of my progress on that day and working out my challenges better on the next call. Put up my positive mood always as customers hear your voice but can feel your attitude. Continuous convincement on every customer is the most challenging aspect of my job but as I have outlined at the beginning the passion I have for this job just keeps me going on and on.
Pros: Not a good structured organisation to get promotion in, very close circuit.
Cons: Six days a week of work not really giving enough rest only on Sundays.

Excellent growth opportunities
Working at the department I'm in all days are not the same. We work as a team and we don't only focus on our job descriptions, we do different tasks depending on what is needed and the ability or time to do it. We learn a lot from doing different tasks and I have personally learnt a lot from the three positions I have held. What I enjoy the most is when we travel to other provinces to do field work- face to face interviews and the most challenging is the deadline for translations since I translate two languages

HR/ER Generalist
I am currently employed by the Democratic alliance Headoffice. I handle all disciplinary/Investigations/CCMA/Arbitration cases Nationally. I travel weekly, prepare cases, assist with advise for line managers, training to line manager, grievance mediation etc. We are a department of 11 employees in HR and we work well together. I have learned a lot at the DA with various different kind of Labour Issues and it is mostly challenging with a lot of research to be done as it never the same. I have previously worked in HR and has all the basic knowledge on dealing with leave, recruitment, wellness, performance appraisals etc.
Pros: A lot of experience to gain
Cons: Travel to Town everyday.

be what they promised South Africa and not what is currently happening in home base. Some management staff can be looked at definitely some policies they need to re look at. I feel like the environment in some offices needs Jesus.

GOOD
I as worked for Democratic alliance have experienced lot of things,like how to have good communicating skills with the members ,learn the admin work,people that i was surrounded with was very good and also willing to teach you more as an individual,what I have learnt is that you have to give other a chance to prove themselve about what they good at,team worker was the motto for the company.

learning
My typical working day not so challenging, and i am a person who loves to work with challenging things. It limits me from exploring further, as there is no growth within the department. I enjoy working with people who values my input and not micro manage me. Am very much capable of working unsupervised. Love to organize events and functions and then sit back and watch my work executed excellently. I have learned to be more patient and more punctual.Learned to use more computer programmes and speed typing as i am not educated, so it helps a lot.My speed typing has improved a lot.
Pros: educates you politically
Cons: abnormal working hours and your input is not recognized.
