Love working in the Education realm, and CTU has taught me alot

I love working with Students and adults that want to upskill themselves My staff are amazing and so willing to do their part and more I have learnt to be the best manager I can be My typical work day involves motivation of staff, setting daily goals for everyone, operations on the campus, dealing with students and their parents, dealing wit Corporate delegates, budgets, Invoices and many conversations.

Pros: Dealing with great staff ho respond well to motivation
Cons: Not enough marketing support for our brand

Always ready to teach

Fast growth and learning. Exceeded all targets given. Positive change on the campus

I am passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Whether it be colleagues or clients. I get along well with most people. I am diplomatic when approaching problems and will always look at situations from more than one perspective. The most challenging aspects of the job is having to depend on others work ethic to complete some aspects of my work. I enjoy motivating people to excel to their best ability.

Quite busy but opportunity to learn

The typical day involves arriving at work at least 15 minutes before the learners at 0745 to welcome them. Once they are settled facilitation begins with the previous lesson's summary followed by the current lesson's objectives. Facilitation takes place and ends with a recap of the lesson. Administration duties take over at 3pm or 4pm depending on the number of programmes facilitated on that day. Admin duties include compiling reports or marking tests. After the office, prepping for the next day happens at home - creating notes which will be presented the next day.

Excellent

Good day I travel a lot to different schools and meet new people. I am incharge of the sales department and my position has increased my communication skills. I love working with different people and I have learnt that respect is a two way thing. I love travelling and meeting new people.
