Excellent leadership skills with minimum supervision

A typical day at work starts with an assembly with the team gathering to pray together. Then it goes on with each staff member s briefing of what they are going focus on for the day . Then we come up with words of encouragement and motivation that will carry the team. I then ask each department that needs the Campus managers attention or support to indicate and then I make rounds of dealing with my assistance , in the process I give guidance eg if it is sales I will support them of hot deals that need follow up for a final deal to be signed up . Then for finance I could be required to follow up on difficult clients in arrears . Then follow up on all emails with different tasks . I coordinate operational matters with The COO and also from academic matters coordinate with the academic Director.

Excellent Learning curve

common day relationship building Generate leads through current databases and marketing events/ advertising and networking opportunities. Sales appointments and consultations, Cold calling/ frequent contact with the database. Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face marketing. Dealing with students, Answering the phone, Booking exams, Monitoring candidates writing exams, Sending email, Data Capturing

Pros: Great vibe and learning curve
Cons: No opportunity to grow

Good Learning Curve

I facilitate MCSD and BI, The most challenging aspect of the job is that I have to do a lot of research on my own when I don't understand something and I also have to prepare slides everyday before class for both MCSD and BI students.

Pros: Good opporturnity for growth

Excellent Learning Curve

Relationship with co-workers is Excellent. i have learnt a lot regarding how to manage employees and how to deal with issue that is not in your capacity. I learnt a lot on Learner ship programs and how to deal with it.

A good company that builds around the nature of treating each one of its employees like family.

I had a great, unforgettable experience at CTU - Auckland Park. They gave me the opportunity to gain experience through them after my studies with them. It was great and although, I was diagnosed with Lupus , they did not treat me any differently. They company is great.

Excellent Learning Environment

On a typical work day you will learn a lot of different cultures since the company is build through different individuals from different countries the relationship is so amazing because people are willing to engage and share their experience I have learnt to share and forgive others, as well as try and improve someone on a daily basis transferring knowledge to other individuals and making sure you work is done perfectly the most challenging aspect is that you can't please everyone

Can broaden my skills and knowledge in my field.

This company offers great learning opportunities and a chance to better your field knowledge, boost confidence and being able to see the students excell is great, but the facilitators tend to burn out because they are overworked.

solI find solutions to corporate clients training needs and assist with suitable training programmes whether be a new training, up6skilling and recognition of prior learning, advising on their Workplace Skills Plan aexcellent working relations with my fellow employyes and managent. nd BEE scoring and tips. Source suitable providers on behalf of the corporate if we do not have that particular course availability at any of our 15 Campuses/Branches. Book best and specialized facilitators according to clients and training specifications. Attend events, conferences, meetings and summits to advance myself and give on trends and improve my knowledge and that of my colleagues. I am efficient, go getter, go an extra mile, customer orientated, sociable, charismatic, have both business acumen and charm, computer literate, adapt well and work well as an individual and in teams, good in presentations, communication both verbal and written.
