I truly learned a lot there as I was it was my first position under the IT field. I gained a lot of confidence and they even taught me that we learn everyday in IT so we don't give up you have to find solutions to your problems that's how we learn and use inutions to your problems that's how we learn and use internet as your friend you will never go wrong

Opportunity to further my studies
-We work from 07:45 to 17:00 monday to friday -Good relationship with co-workers, but not the manager -I've learnt to manage time, professional ethics and also the ability to remain calm in tough situations -Helping others achieve goals -Satisfying everyone

Hard work and creativity is what it takes to be the perfect somebody
Good day, Thank you guys for the opportunity to apply , on a typical workday I try finding solutions to problems, working out my tasks and enjoying the day as it goes by with the work, I am a friendly and I work closely with colleagues because theres always the need to learn something new, I studied CAD for a two years, I have qualifications in Autodesk user interface including Autocad, Revit and inventor. I am passionate about what I do and I always work outside the box. I enjoy being creative and working hard to achieve positive results

Challenging but great work experience
Academics department is very fast paced daily .dealing with staff from 14 campuses nationwide.The relationships with co-workers is greats we all need to work smoothly together to keep the ship going and have open and clear communication.I have learnt to understand each individuals personality which is very important in order to have a peaceful working relationship .The most challenging aspects of my job is when services providers do not deliver on time which is out of our control and one needs to explain to upset parents or clients as to why and at the same time still try and keep their faith in us that no matter what we will deliver as per their expectations .

It was a good job but it didnt offer any career advancements
Basically what I used to do is to teach and learn. My relationship with my co-workers was very professional and we had a good working environment. I learned how to work in a team and as a team, learned how to do the work in due time and learned when to take initiation. I enjoyed taki g a part in shaping someones future as I transfered knowledge to them. The challenging aspect about my job was that there is no career advancement, no practical work

Current job
cold calling to existing and new clients, do consultations, exhibitions, plan and organize events at the company,weekly admin, reports and Stats, work closely together with the whole marketing team,finance admin,on a daily basis,being in the education industry is one of the great experience as you learn along the way and enjoy the most as i work with people, most challenging aspects of my job is meeting targets on a monthly basis, great working environment, friendly co workers

Education and training facilitator
A typical day involved getting ready for facilitation, by making sure that there was enough stationary, that the hardware was working projector, workstation and internet. I would also go through my notes just to make sure that I was ready for the students. Facilitation would start and I had to make sure that I used a blended approach so that the learners can really learn and understand. This involved explaining the theoretical side of the subject and then doing practical exercises. Group activities would also be used. After facilitation, administration took over and I would have to mark the students work and then upload the marks onto the company system. Administration also involved uploading all their assignments onto a portfolio of evidence and getting reports ready for management. This would take up the whole day and once at home I would start to prepare my presentation for the next day.
Pros: Gain work experience and learn to handle pressure
Cons: No growth and no security
