CSIR Reviews

Good workplace exposure

I do a lot of engineering research and hand-on work. I interact well with my teammates and other staff members. I have learnt how to multitask and complete my work on time. I enjoy getting exposed to different fields of engineering. It is challenging to get to master almost everything within a short period of time.

Pros: Great opportunity to develop my career.
Cons: Long working hours in-house and in the field.

High pressure work environment, time management and delivery is everything

Best company to work for especially because they groom you in all areas and challenge you thinking to broaden your understanding. The only only challenge is that there is no growth for support staff.

Pros: Thorough training in all areas
Cons: Little room for growth
