Excellent learning curve
Bongani Mabaso from tembisa, I studied Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the University of Johannesburg. I have a National Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Logistics obtained 2020. It would be my greatest opportunity to get this position for me to be able to gain experience and implement what I have learned from school. It is a very good stepping stone for my career deveolpment

Always willing to go an extra mile.
• The plan, determining strike rates (Actual vs. planned), main focus is making sure that I align inventory with peaks and taking into consideration my capacity on the machine. I also handle maintenance planning arranging weekly maintenance plan. I am responsible creating planned maintenance between the factories so I can plan accordingly.Making sure that planning rules exist between production and central planning & it is reviewed at with seasonal changes (High / Low Season). As well as Production planning done to improve productivity and losses at all times. Creating rough cut 12 weeks production plans that are shared with marketing, procurement and suppliers.
