Excellent learning experience
Running of the Branch and dealing with any queries from HO, sales and clients. Handling queries from delivery crews as to difficulties with deliveries at back doors, issues with stock, damages, shortages and also dealing with clients who need to pay cash for their deliveries, but for what ever reason feel they do not have to pay. Dealing with accident investigations and stock losses. I enjoy what i do as no day is ever the same and there are new challenges. The admin and operations staff and i get along well, but the delivery crews, drivers and assistants are a challenge each day. My most challenging aspect is the fact that we have so many Senior and Exco Managers who feel that their instructions need to be followed, thereby causing a rift as to who you are supposed to listen too.
Pros: Clover has always had good prospects for promotion and if you are a go getter you are promoted quickly
Cons: Too many Senior and Exco Managers and you never know who you shlod listed to.

Always willing to go an extra mile.
• The plan, determining strike rates (Actual vs. planned), main focus is making sure that I align inventory with peaks and taking into consideration my capacity on the machine. I also handle maintenance planning arranging weekly maintenance plan. I am responsible creating planned maintenance between the factories so I can plan accordingly.Making sure that planning rules exist between production and central planning & it is reviewed at with seasonal changes (High / Low Season). As well as Production planning done to improve productivity and losses at all times. Creating rough cut 12 weeks production plans that are shared with marketing, procurement and suppliers.

Great place to work for if you look at long term basies
Clover is a big fast moving company with alot of opertunits and alot that you can learn from. Clover is a very dyonamic company always looking to help young students to further their studies and alsobyo try and guide them in the right work opertunits

Excellent learning curve, but would like to expand my knowledge.
Clover SA is an excellent company to work for and I have learned alot working for them. their Management are great and at this branch that I am working for we get along very well with Management.
Pros: Not much opportunity for promotion, because we are only a satalite branch

Underpaid
I believe I'm underpaid if I compare what I earn to what other companies pay their Demand Planners. Opportunities for Career growth are extremely limited for certainly employees

Great learning expirience
I worked as a Truck driver reconciliation clerk, my daily duties were to capture invoices, update daily spreadsheet , call shops for outstanding grvs, making copies, emails, investigating cash and product shorts. My team and I worked very well, we discuss and make suggestions in our tasks. I've learned to work in a team and respect my colleagues and my job. I enjoyed bouncing ideas with each other, learned to accept critics. I made sure I learn and ask where I don't understand, nothing was that challenging.
