Exellent learning
to whom it may corncern normal day at my work is walking start with a brieving then we start counts ,then we start off loading receiving then picking then i do my normal day claims admin see if my schedule is done then we leave at 15:30

Self motivated
I was involved in a contact centre where I did inbound and outbound calls, making sales and overcoming objections, data capturing and so many. I had a good relationship with my co-workers. I learned how to make sale, speak to clients in a professional manner and handling complaints. Making sales and handling complaints. failure to resolve a complain in time, when having to escalate for further investigation and which might take a while for client get assisted.
Pros: handling complaints quickly.

Excellent stepping stone
Every day is different I have a variety of customers along the forecourts division. My job is to make sure our products are accurately visible within the stores. We have a fast range therefore it is difficult to range all our products as forecourts have a space issue. That is where my negotiation skills play a major role in my daily tasks.I also have a very good relationship with my customers and that also aids in obtaining my mission. What I enjoy most about this position the exposure , meeting new people while marketing our products, expediting through the daily challengers of been on the road. I only see my colleagues on a Saturday when we have a staff weekly meeting either in PMB or Queensburgh. I am the youngest of our team in age and experience therfore I learn a lot from them.

This will definitely be a new learning curve for me.
Clover is a good company to work for, there is always room for improvement and moving up into better opportunities. Getting along with the colleagues are easy as everyone is quite friendly and works towards being the "way better" generation. Clover has taught me a lot and has given me the opportunity to be the person I am today, I have been in many different positions thanks to Clover which has enabled me to play different roles in the corporate ladder thanks to the promotions and to the managers who believed in me. I enjoy working for Clover because we treat everyone as a family, rather than just work colleagues. We continuously strive to work as a team to do our best.

fact finding to customers solving customer queries technical thinking job done long hours strong team work my relationship with co workers is outstanding discipline is the most important thing that you have to learn in a work place.i enjoy being with dedicated and mature work force what you have not learnt is the most challenging aspects long term goals with co wokers is negotiable the environment of the work place is very huge lunch break is where we able to talk and each other ideas on how to grow our selves in the company
