Keep your private life private and personal in the working environment
i work in an enviroment with ladies only, we face alot of challenges like gossiping etc. it is very important to mind you own bussiness and keep your personal life private! some days are better then others. We have days with laughter,tears , happiness and sadness.
Pros: there is always work you never get bored
Cons: traveling is to far out for me

Self motivated person
At my work we take inbound and outbound calls, deal with queries, taking and confirming orders. I had a great relationship with my co-worker. I learned how to make sales, handling objection, dealing with queries ,time management and many more. I enjoyed interacting with my customer daily .the most challenging thing is when you sometimes can't help or assist the customer by resolving the customer query immdiadiaty,having to follow and which sometimes might take time, as it has to escalated.

Cons: sametimes pressure is more than expected

I was taking outbound and Inbound calls, taking orders and making sales. I had a good relationship with co-workers. I learned how to make sale, over come objections. I enjoyed interacting with my customers and making sales. The pressure and resolving queries.

At my previous work, we were dealing with customers, taking inbound and outbound calls, dealing with customer queries and capturing data and updating customer details. The relationship with my co-workers was really great. I learned how to provide quick, efficient service to customers. How to communicate to them in a professional manner. Interacting with my customer everyday and being able to satisfy them with their needs. Dealing with difficult customer queries and that need to be escalated to above management.
Pros: Buliding relationship with different people daily e,g(clients)

Grew and developed with the comoany.Great learning curve
Serviced 13 customers a day.Do audits, capture additional orders.Build displays. Fiscuss sales figures with customer. Do floor walk, check back.Address any concerns and ensure client is 100% with my dealings with them . Enjoy yhe interaction with clients and look for opportunities to grow their business . challenges. , other depsrtments eg.tellesales and distribution do not deliver the quality service like I do. Address and rectify the problem.

This will definitely be a new learning curve for me.
Clover is a good company to work for, there is always room for improvement and moving up into better opportunities. Getting along with the colleagues are easy as everyone is quite friendly and works towards being the "way better" generation. Clover has taught me a lot and has given me the opportunity to be the person I am today, I have been in many different positions thanks to Clover which has enabled me to play different roles in the corporate ladder thanks to the promotions and to the managers who believed in me. I enjoy working for Clover because we treat everyone as a family, rather than just work colleagues. We continuously strive to work as a team to do our best.
Pros: Always new opportunities in Clover
Cons: Head Office is quite a drive.
