fact finding to customers solving customer queries technical thinking job done long hours strong team work my relationship with co workers is outstanding discipline is the most important thing that you have to learn in a work place.i enjoy being with dedicated and mature work force what you have not learnt is the most challenging aspects long term goals with co wokers is negotiable the environment of the work place is very huge lunch break is where we able to talk and each other ideas on how to grow our selves in the company

Looking for new opportunity

working at clover nelspruit has taught me to work well with people, this was my first permanent job and i was still fresh out of college, i got to learn how to work well under pressure and also how to handle costumers and also how to build a good relationship with colleagues

Pros: great learning opportunity as its on of the biggest dairy companies
Cons: high sales volumes on festive season but i got to enjoy it as it keeps me busy and saves me money :D

Exellent learning

to whom it may corncern normal day at my work is walking start with a brieving then we start counts ,then we start off loading receiving then picking then i do my normal day claims admin see if my schedule is done then we leave at 15:30

Pros: nope non promosince
Cons: u work even holidays without being consulated .

I'm have experience in property inspection which I gained from the previous company u worked for called IDS, I'm also familiar with inspection of safety and health which is what I do on a regular basis

Never leave a truck alone in attended

We were at Worcester Shoprite at Stokenstroom. I've got in a bay after offloading stock. But shoprite guy took long to attend us. I went to my truck to get an invoice for the next stop so that my driver can pick so long. While I'm checking invoices I heard shoprite guy shouting "Clover". (I didn't want to keep them waiting) I took invoice I were looking for and give my driver to pick, I've got in. When I came back driver were asking the truck keys. I didn't know where are they, apparently I realized that I forgotten it hanging out side the door. Some one took it and took my phone charger too.

Pros: Hard working person
Cons: 3:45am - 20:00p.m

Great learning curve

Work learning to work with different people and I really love working with my team cause we really work hard as a team through good and bad days e2d3

Excellent learning curve

I started working in July 2014 but came January 2015 I was on top of my game, my team started gelling and we managed to decrease the returns by 40% and the sales went up by 30%.I have learned a lot especially from the ordering systems to POS and I enjoy daily customers challenge and I have also managed to build a firm relationship between the store management and my key account managers which benefit us a lot when it comes to new SKU listing and making sure the right exposure is achieved, our market share has increased and we have gained more forward share across the whole range of product.

Pros: I have been nominated to represents my region and to undergo a management course where each region select the best field merchandiser
Cons: Long trading hours but every hour gives me an opportunity to make a sale
