Salary increase or promotion

I work from 8h00 to 16h00. I receive calls from clients who have queries on their policies as an insurance company. Since its an inbound call center and the head office of the company. I also have a privilege to call back clients and assist them. Im also one of the agents that retains policies. Moreover, because of my hardwork and connection I have with clients when they call to cancel, I have also been selected to work as an administrator as well. I reply to emails and fax that comes though and call them back as well for clarity and understanding. My work involves working as a team and that means I have good relationship with my colleagues and learning from each other to give good service to our clients at all times.That being said, a challenge is when one is not playing his part as this affects everyones efforts and in turn leads to poor service no matter how hard you worked.

Pros: Working everywhere increases my chances of being recognised and also getting nominations on company awards
Cons: We work normal hour, however, it's too much work and that means working under pressure all the time

I have grown and developed in administrative and as an analyst in my role to develop the product i manage and increase revenue streams.Managing various marketing campaigns to generate optimal leads for the business and reducing cost per lead for various campaigns.

Highlights Activities

Personal Attributes I am a outspoken person so on a normal working day i would start by reminding my team of our goals and be friendly with them which will enable them to produce positive results. i have learned a lot that life is not about work but people have lives outside of work and if that is maintained in a proper manner you will have a proactive team to work with. I enjoyed grooming people and coaching and seeing my work suceed. Challenging is that i was dealing with different individuals and needed to understand them as well and the fact that i needed to work longer than expected to assist some consultants in reaching their target which had an effect on my family life

Cons: Long hours, not enough compensation for good delivery meaning the basic and commission were not structured properly

I learned to stretch myself beyond my limitations, and not to limit myself in everyday learning.

It was a veri exciting experience ,working in a company with a huge number of people,some days gets so veri busy that u won't HV time for lunch, I did maintained a veri good relationship with my co-wokers, especially my boss,we got along so very well and we worked as one team.I enjoyed most when I took bigger tasks,things if never done before,it was most challenging wen I team up with more experienced people cos they hallways make you like you will never make it.

I have learnt alot, with IT, Admin, Call centre and working under pressure

Working for Clientele Life, gave me a lot of experience and made me to strive for me, I am a people's person easy to get along with, able to communicate with everyone, assisting co working with any issues that they face work or home, even when other guys were behind with target I am the person to assist, even if it's with IT related issues i was able to come to party and be able to assist them. Motivating co working everyday before they start doing their jobs, making sure that with or without challenges people have a positive mindset

Good for growth

Multiskilling is very important at Clientèle as a consultant you have to know everything from call centre to administration and be able to effectively train others. This can be a lot to absorb and confusing

Pros: Opportunity to have a variety of experience
Cons: Doing a lot things at one can leaf to mistakes

Training every month

I've being working in a call center industry for 7 years and my current company that am working for ,its being 5 years i was a telemarketer consultant then i was then promoted to be a Quality assessor where am looking after the quality and production providing training for the new guys and listening to their calls ,coaching the consultants and always doing call calibration sessions with the team and providing feedback to the big boss and the supervisors The most challenge part in my job is were i need to always make sure i change consultant behavior. but most of all i've learned working with different character sticks of people and working under pressure
