No empowerment as well as on job training for junior staff only management looking for themselves. The experience of the job is highly good but the support of the management is very weak and no where. Workers are all very good and understanding with communication and team work at core. It is also not long hours job and the salary is good in upper management. Recommendable but needs attention from the government.

Brilliant customer service
Working in tshwane was the best experience I have ever had and what I enjoyed doing was providing service to customers and coworker. I have learned a lot from my coworkers. Most challenges I came across was a customer who's not happy and didn't get service from people above me but I was always happy to assist till customer is satisfied.

Learning opportunity and growth within the industry
I ve worked for Tshwane for a year contractually,I enjoyed working there and gaining experience on a different level and direction for office administration. I got to work with different people and had the chance to learn peoples different backgrounds. My colleagues were great people to work with .

Learning curve.
I am experienced in building both windows and web based data oriented applications using the latest technologies. I am a self-driven, positive person with willingness to work hard and learn. I like setting goals and using my skills to achieve them. I am able to work with less supervision and in a team. I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

LOOKING FORWARD TO LEARN MORE FROM YOUR COMPANY
IT WAS MY FIRST WORK EXPERIENCE I WAS SCARED AND AT THE SAME TIME HAPPY BECAUSE DREAMS WERE COMING TRUE , MY COLLEQUES WERE ALWAYS HAPPY BECAUSE THEY TOLD TO ME TO LEAVE MY PERSONAL PROBLEMS AT HOME , AS FOR MY FOREMAN HE ALWAYS ASKED MED QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT HAVE I LEARNED.I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO WORK ON OVERHEAD LINES &HOW TO REPLACE THEM , HOW TO DO INSPECTION ON OVERHEAD LINES AND HOW TO JOIN UNDER GROUND CABLES . THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS WAS WHEN WE ARRIVE ON SIDE THE TEAMS TELLS ME TO DO THE JOB THE REASON BEING THAT I M A LEARNER I MUST DO WHAT I CAME HERE TO DO WHICH IS LEARNING

Exellent learning curve
I come to work at 7H30 , start working at 8h30. i capture verification forms of all assets that were verified at the department. Assist in auditing assets, filling documents. I have a good working relation with my co-workers we work as a team. I have learned how to work on SAP, BAUD and minutes taking, filling skills. Going on site to verify assets

Highly politicised environment
Great environment to build team spirit within ones space. Communication with and provide feedback to clients is enjoyable. Very good working relationship with co-workers. Good performance should be rewarded and communication be improved.

Excellent in communicating with other employees
a very hard working person, team leader, flexible able to work alone and as a team, team work we will achieve more, a cash book specialist, closing off cashiers at the end of the day, capturing statistics for the work of the cashiers daily and do monthly report

Poor business and workplace ethics can be hazardous to your job security. It can cause people to lose respect for you and follow you for the rest of your career. Stay clear of those who ask you to compromise your integrity. Say "no" to requests that make you feel uncomfortable. Review your employer's workplace ethics and proper business ethics. I enjoy working as a team with understanding
