Excellent learning curve

I was Junior Technician at Global communications working with diagrams, PCB’s, Soldering iron, working at hi sites, working for large and small projects.

More opportunities to learn

I was working with 8 people per shift, we were working with (power failure, blocked drains, street lights and accounts) it was very besy everyday and we were supervised. The most difficult days it was when the is power failure in the area. I had a good relationship with my coligues cause they thought me all the work and I have learnt how to deal with difficult clients and my co workers were funny at all times.

Great exposure to working environment

Working for city of tshwane I have learned to multi task and take responsibility of my own growth and development. I managed to expand my administrative skills ,improved working relations and also conflict mediation. Working with clients has taught me to put my self in the Position of others and to serve with my fullest potential . Working under pressure has always been a challenge but managed to overcome that by learning how well to manage my time and get tasks done on time.

It was good, and I learn a lot from the company

I enjoy working with learner's and my co worker's,it was a good jorney which I learn to work under pressure, sometimes working with challenges.it was my attention to make costumes happy every time.

Brilliant customer service

Working in tshwane was the best experience I have ever had and what I enjoyed doing was providing service to customers and coworker. I have learned a lot from my coworkers. Most challenges I came across was a customer who's not happy and didn't get service from people above me but I was always happy to assist till customer is satisfied.

Good learning experience

As a door to door peer educator, it is challenging at times because we meet different people and others give us challenges,we are sometimes welcomed at their homes but sometimes we get bad words in exchange.We walk for 5 hours in the sun,it good for exercise when the weather it is on our side.
