Great place to work and the environment is good working with people
I have been working at the City of Tshwane with different client booth Angry and calm client it has helped me a lot and help me on how to deal with different people and my IT background is advantage for me. So what i do is a help client solve queries and explain to them their statements and also capture their information. The thing i enjoy is knowing that i have helped someone with a problem. the most challenging situation is when you an irate customer and you have to be calm but you get use to it that their not real angry with you but their problem.
Pros: helping grow and gaining experience and learning about other people.
Cons: there is not much growth.

Community service
I have a good driving skills and i have more than seven years of driving expiriance,but im happy to be at the city of tshwane but the problem is the salary is not enough for me and my family,so i would love to work for your company and build it the relationship of taking the company to the highest level,and i am a hard working person and willing to learn new things and i love traveling, and im a very good listening person and very focused to my work in general. i hope you find my application very successfull kind regard Samson Molele

Bigger dreams and more challnges
I have reached a stage were I want to grow and explore other entities, other than the current municipality. I happy for the platform the have given me. I want new challenges and new venture. I want to from my expirience and financial stability.

Learning experiential
I am an ambitious individual who performs well in my academics. Great interesting learning curve
Working at the City of Tshwane municipality, trains employees to have an overview of importance serving the society. Personally performing audits has helped many correct their errors which could be material and pervasive. It has been interesting auditing the following departments, Health ( clinics), Housing, Transport, IT department, Infrastructure and more. I'm looking forward to more knowledge.

Not such a great culture but well paying
most of my day work includes strategic meting, operational meetings, making presentations and office work management. I have a great professional working relationship with my peers, seniors and subordinates across the board, few differences with colleagues on not meeting timeframes but its all professional. key learning since inception of work is that change is consistence and each situation must be handles on its merits. I like implementation challenges as the real technicalities are experienced only when you are doing something, this were core and real solutions are found.

Cons: limited exploring space due to government environment and slow adaptability to technology

Exellent learning curve
I come to work at 7H30 , start working at 8h30. i capture verification forms of all assets that were verified at the department. Assist in auditing assets, filling documents. I have a good working relation with my co-workers we work as a team. I have learned how to work on SAP, BAUD and minutes taking, filling skills. Going on site to verify assets

A Look inside the engin of a Big Municipality in South africa
The City of Tshwane is a massive organization. In fact it's the 3rd largest geographically in the World. This brings it's own difficulties. In my job the biggest challenge is just the shear volume of data we have to process daily. Our systems run on a 99.94% efficiency and still most me and my teams day is spend handling all the data. In this I have learn a great deal of things. However i think the most important has been; how to setup system controls to help deal with any errors. I enjoy the challenge of this. To find creative way to solve complex issues. The next biggest challenge is the management of all our system as the people working within them. Our section system range for in house to external system such as our banking partners. This brings about a complex balance to maintain relationships and ensure systems that work. I enjoy understanding what motivates my team and getting them to preform at a high level.
Pros: Great for learning
Cons: You get place in certain box. As municipal employees is often seen as lazy and incopotent.

I wish to return to the private sector
I have been working within the municipality sector for 9 years. I find myself losing effective skills required that I have learnt over the years. The government sector is a very slow moving sector. I also wish to relocate to Johannesburg.
Pros: Excellent opportunity to feel worthwhile and be an effective PA
