Excellent learning curve

Being a supervisor to a motivated group of people and having to execute our daily duties as a collective. Having to work at an environment such as Local municipality of City of Tshwane, has given me a broader knowledge of how to learn to work/accommodate different characters of people.

Support service knowledge

Working at the organization has taught me a lot of patience. It has taught me that honesty is key no matter the outcome. I have learnt to deal with different individuals differently and I have been taught how to use emotional intelligence within the workplace. I have gained vast knowledge with Outlook email, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader, just to name a few. I have learned how to work with all of these platforms to help me with the outcome of my work, and I have learned that these programs can be used conjointly too. A typical day would include checking my Supervisor’s diaries and reminding them of any commitments they might have for the day or week, checking, responding and delegating relevant emails. Answering and making of phone calls, finishing minutes, agendas and reports, etc. What I enjoy the most about the nature of work that I do is that I am not limited to my supervisors.

Intelligent

Good company for many Employee and they teach everything they knew they make sure your lean everything .And we work as a team.they make sure we finish work at the right time and no pressure cause we learn as much as we can

Office admin

I am a HR support Intern. Learning new things everyday. Working with a great supervisor, great colleagues. The hours are good. It is always a fun filled day at city of Tshwane. I have learned a lot since I arrived here. I have learned how to deal with customers... The hardest part is leaving someone without help because of boundaries and policies I most enjoyed helping people get the service and seeing their smiles of appreciationit was a great experience and a wonderful learning curve from an intern point of view. the was never a dull moment everyday had a different experience.

Excellent learning curve and great organisation to work for

The company is lead and directed by politics and decisions are taken at an interest of a certain political party. The beauty about working for a municipality is that you become aware of the entire strategy of the country and deal with real issues facing the community at large.

Excellent

I am currently not working as I have resign in November 2017 and have extensive experience in gis. We worked with issuing of data in relation to gis, capturing of land parcels, editing, issuing of zoning certificates, land use applications, liaise with town planners of land use application

Excellent learning experience

Duties performed were : Litter picking Empting shrivel bin Removing illegal dump Sweeping the streets My relationship wihh my co workers was very strong in terms of strong teamwork I have learnt about such skills as communication is important and should be very effectibe I most enjoy doing my my job that I'm assigned to do effectively The challenging is cleaning, Sweeping the streets streets while people are on the move some they ease you you by throwing some rubbish intentionally
