I'm always acting as a Director Outreach and Stakeholder Management in our unit
Currently working with internal and external stakeholders. i belie in working as a team as it produce excellent results. for each and every project i engage with with my sub-ordinates in brainstorm and always produce a solid concept document for any project. in our department we don't regard ourselves as colleagues but family. we always had each others backs and support. communication is the key for ourselves and keep in touch with our stakeholder help us to build stronger relationship with them.
Pros: currently on the level to upgrade from the level that i am as a deputy director
Cons: yes, the nature of my job afford me to go extra miles with hours without complaining because i love what i'm doing

Honestly there are no growth in our department
We start working when we arrive anytime from 5am to 8pm. We don't have a target but we have to push as much work to technicians and have our papers in order. Most of my coworkers are easy going people to work with. Our management was the worse coz they discriminated on the colour of your skin and not the performance of your work. I've learned I can work under pressure and have the ability to communicate with others. I enjoyed all the things we did with my team just to improve our team spirits emotionally and physically. The most challenging aspects of the job was the language bearer with technicians, artisans and fellow colleagues, I can also say finding new places in Pretoria was hard but very fun when u have the exact information.
Pros: Learnng what everyone did so that we can have a productive day.

Good intellectual skills, computer literate, attaintive, hard worker
i have a good relationship with my supervisor and colleages,I learn so much from both of them and strive to be the best all the time, i listen attaintively and pay attention towards all that i'm learning. I enjoy solving problems and acquiring new skills ,I try all my best to work as hard as i can and always willing to learn new skills, gaining more valuable experience, build my professional profile and my self. I know how to work as an administrative officer ,I have a strong communication with customer.
I have learned that working at municipality it is challenge and a big responsibility.Again the most responsibility it is putting people first.The workers there they are fund and dedicated to their work.

Self motivated
I am a 24 years old female, immediately available for consideration for Electrician post in your company. I have N2-N6 Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current), Electrician Trade Test and Installation Rules P1 & P2. I have good behavioural conducts. I am co-operative and always willing to take directives from my seniors. Above all, I have the desire to acquire practical knowledge relating to my field of study, which is why I take corrections as a route to obtaining additional sight and wisdom. I am innovative, hardworking and definitely determined. I believe that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. My personal traits also include being calm and patient, under intense or stressful situations, and have an ability of keeping those around me calm as well under such instances.

Excellent growth and learning curve
I'm very keen on learning because knowledge is POWER. Wise people educate themselves whilsf seeking a path to grow in a company. Also I've learnt to give people excellent customer service so that they keep asking for some more. The most challenging aspects of work is coming across a rude client but the best part is making sure that you've calmed the client in a sense of reassuring them that you're there to rectify their query and it gets attended to ASAP. My relationship with my coworkers is always a bubbly one as we spend most of hours at work 8 or more hours a day. However we need to make sure that most of the work gets done instead of chatting away. So, i always tell my peers that we are here to make money and in that way everyone is always happy. What I enjoy at the end of a busy day is when I treat myself to ice cream and a warm bubble bath to get me active for the next day.

obtained at Tshwane University Technology, certificate in management and development, worked for Absa bank as HR administrator for a year, Unisa worked for eight months, TUT worked for a month during registration period, currently working for city of tshwane municipality, I pay attention to detail, deadline driven,communicate well with people, willing to learn new things, willing to go the extra I am interested in the position that is advertised, have diploma in human resource management mile.

Eye Opening to the Brutal Reality of working in South Africa
Very repetitive work, but the work that is done makes a huge difference in our clients lives. I strive to go the extra mile for every customer i help. My relationship with my co-workers got sour because I worked hard and when my work was finished I helped out on places that weren't my job or i would take on extra work to show the managers that i'm diligent, a quick study and i work really hard. My managers saw this and wanted to promote me, but my co-workers hindered the promotion, because they wanted one too, but they didn't want the extra work so it was decided by my co-workers that I cant get a promotion. This happened to me 3 times in the past 5 years. I have learnt to be strong in an unfair workplace. I have learnt time management and a diplomatic point of view on things from my awesome Boss. I only enjoy the work i do and the 3 or 4 friends i have made. The work i do isn't challenging at all. Its really just correction of accounts and insuring the clients services are correctly linked.
Pros: The work actually makes a difference in peoples lives if you do it right

Great Place to work
City if Tshwane Municipality has highly skilled professional employees who are passionate with what they do and deliver quality. It is a pleasure to work in an environment where you learn a lot from others and which is very supportive. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Talking about our Supervisor, he is very friendly with everyone. He takes interest and involvement in our career building. I was hesitant and scared when I joined as I found him bit strict as a manager but now I find him as a mentor. Seniors are there to guide you at every single step. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people.
