Excellent learning skills

I've started working at City logistics October 2017, things weren't simple at first but because I'm a fast learner I didn't take much longer to learn about my job,I have a very good relationship with my co-workers I've learnt so Many things like being patient with customers,how to communicate with different customers ..i really enjoy working there because I gained some skills and experience about about how to deal with different customers and the most challenging aspects in my work environment is dealing with difficult customer, it's really bad.

Pros: great opportunity to learn about different customers
Cons: long working hours

Learning curve in the industry

Its a good environment if you are there to learn and move on with your career. Relationship ship with co workers varies depending on how you reflect yourself to other employees. However working hours are not stable depending on volumes and staff required to execute responsibilities and mostly in order to get something done, it requires team work.

Pros: Exposure to logistics systems and warehouse styles
Cons: Long working hours,no gratitude

I gained experience on fright industry

I've learned alot at city logistics, i learned to work as group, and i gained experience work within a tight schedule and a busy days and following their working ethics, the most part i am enjoying working with my colleagues.

Pros: Safety precautions
Cons: Long working hours
