I have 10 years’ working experience as an IT support technician and directly supporting end-users, both face-to-face and remotely troubleshooting and upgrading desktop/workstation and server hardware installing, maintaining and supporting corporate network environments (LAN & WAN) I have comprehensive knowledge of Windows and experience troubleshooting and setting up couriers drivers' mobile devices, especially those on the Android and iOS platforms, eg. Honeywell dolphin 7800 >Windows 7,8,10, Server 2012 and Microsoft Office 365 ,Microsoft Office application suite 2007, 2010 & 2013 >Advanced networking – routers, access points, switches good understanding of DHCP, DNS & IPV4 >VPN and WAN setup/support >Microsoft Exchange >Code 10 Drivers license and my own transport >Experience having worked with a helpdesk ticketing system such as OTRS, SPICEWORKS. >A team player, i'm not afraid to show initiative with strong problem solving and decision making skills

Thinker who likes to take risks in order to ensure maximum. Perfection, positive results. And success. When I have confronted with a task I ensure that I give the best of my ability, while ensuring. Sound relations with those who work with me. nd have morethan 5years Experience. With different big Companies. working at Capetown surroundings And delivering outside the province. Am a good driver.

Pros: I am a hardworking,willing to learn all companies rules and regulations and obey it. Am willing also to succeed a get promoted one day with my good perfomance
Cons: I can work more hours if my work not yet finished with no complaints or if I am tasked to do so.

Excellent learning curve

. Taking deliveries to different malls we count stock and make sure that stock in cr4cirrectaccording to paper work that we receive every morning. Currently working long hours and overtime when necessary. Company is suited in a good area and has lot of work and I'm willing to work for a new company with benefits and new opportunities.

This was a carreermove after a 20 year tenure at Grindrod. It was a different business structure.

Day to day operations constituted a high level of activity in a pressurized environment. Quick witted and innovative processed is the order of the day. I worked closely with my operational team so as to navigate and equip them with the required skill to effectively achieve a successful outcome. Customer satisfaction is an inherent culture to indoctrinate in your team and to work constantly toward maintaining a zero rate of service failure.

Pros: Working for an evolved and established big business that thrives on being customer focused and solutions driven, with a drive for continuous growth to ulimately be the indisputable service provider of choice.

THE WORK KEEP YOU ON YOU TOES IN WANT TO IMPROVE/LEARNER MORE I GET TO MOVE MOVE FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT MAKING ME LEARN WHAT EACH DEPARTMENT WILL NEED FROM ME OR WHERE I CAN GO TO GET THE CORRECT INFORMATION I ENJOY THE END MONTH REPORTING IT GIVES ME A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING WHERE I LACK AND HOW GOOD MY WORK IS MAKING THE CLIENTS CALM DOWN BUT END THE END OF THE DAY IS MAKING SURE THAT THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDING
