Excellent learning curve

I have learned so much at City. I have worked here form 2006. I am currently at ceiling level. I have learned customer service and support. I had training in Sap, and I have a Nqf Level 3 business management certificate. I have a excellent relationship with my Co workers. We work and we play hard. I am a team player.

Sending uodated reports to clients,capturing colkection,following uo with drivers on deliveries and collections,handling queries,helping with reception

Excellent learning skills

I am a very friendly person who is always willing to assist my co - workers to expedite our daily tasks ensuring the clients / business is happy. I have learnt that everyday is not the same, some will be easy, others difficult but all you need is to stop, think, discuss and find the best way possible to solve the problem. I enjoy learning new things and getting involved with others. Most challenges face is ensuring the client is happy and all you have to do is always communicate, speak the truth and get it resolved the best way you can. No person is wrong but it is only human nature that challenges will arise so by communicating, all will be smiling by close of business. I am confident to know that I can do anything I put my mind to.

Good working relationship is beneficial

. Its enjoyable at the current company I am working, I enjoy mostly the relationship I have with my subordinates and My seniors. Its exciting to work with them, they make my Job enjoyable. They are so proactive and always ready to Learn.I have Learnt that always dont hesitate to ask questions if you are not sure about something, that saves time and energy.

Pros: Workers are afforded opportunity to study and learn learn other functions so that they can be productive
Cons: 9 plus extra hours if needed

I'm very good in learning new language

I'm a good team work member willing to learn and very flexible in order to kip up the good standard of the company. Flexible to work under reasonable hours in order to complete my work. Because my weakness is to see my work or any work half done.

Great opportunity and experience gained

Some of the rolls I fulfilled were: Payroll function HR Administration HR Project support Benefit Administration Goals Achieved • Trained in the use of VIP people and ESS • Setting up of Accsys people ware biometrics. • Able to sit in for disciplinary hearings as a Company representative • Responsible for the Employee assistance Programme to ensure that employees are assisted in any way possible if they require help. • Able to report directly to directors to communicate vital information

Best customer experience

I worked with people who who came from different backgrounds and cultures. I learn lot from them as well as the from the campany I get an wonder fulltime with the my co worker.

Excellent learning skills

I've started working at City logistics October 2017, things weren't simple at first but because I'm a fast learner I didn't take much longer to learn about my job,I have a very good relationship with my co-workers I've learnt so Many things like being patient with customers,how to communicate with different customers ..i really enjoy working there because I gained some skills and experience about about how to deal with different customers and the most challenging aspects in my work environment is dealing with difficult customer, it's really bad.

I only hv national cenior certificte

I was enjoying my work all the time coz i was not make mistake whn im deliving i make sure tht double check to any thng tht im doing.im a time keeper.i hv potantial.im honest person.i dnt hv criminal record.i work overtime if its necessary
