This job allowed me to learn in many areas
in the 13 years i worked at Cell C, I learned to managed all kinds of people, bosses and shareholders. The experience i gained has given me the knowledge to move forward with conidence

I have developed a great customer experience throughout the years in customer service
I have been enjoying to work for the current employer I assist clients with their day to day queries and loading/activation of services at request I have learnt that a customer is as important as my month's salary. I enjoy being able to be of help to my customers and colleagues as second in charge Challenges i have come across are difficult clients but never a problem but a learning opportunity and more product knowledge for me

Excellent experience gaining
Working at Cell C broadened my knowledge, not only on the network itself, but how to deal with customers and providing the best service possible and ensuring that the customer is taken care of. I also gained more experience by taking care of accounts and following up on extended services for the customer. It has its ups and downs but quality and service assurance was the aim. Having my co-workers co-operation with some situations always made work easier. The most challenging part of working for Cell C was your sales. Consultants always challenged each other at the most sales as it would be reviewed every month and they would test your performance. It made work fun and exciting.
Pros: making money everyday with incentives and the relationship with the co-workers
Cons: long working hours, constant standing.

Good learning curve
high pressure environment relationship with co-workers is very good i have learnt sales and retention of clients i enjoy engaging with my peers avoiding cancellation is difficult

Hard worker, Go getter
It's a beautiful challenge to work at Cell C and i'm happy with that as it grows me a lot. I’m an impressive candidate and appear to cope under pressure. I use my initiative extensively and Communicate effectively. I received awards from Employers, for attitude and work performance. I describe myself as "self-motivated, hard working person, with the ability to work under pressure, can multitask, and have good judgement and decision- making skills". I have a code 10 driver’s license I have 6 excellent references.

Cons: Even work on weekends to make sales.

Medium quality
Its a good company with perfect management to work under, the critical part is working based on commission and nothing else. Communication check, interaction check, flexible working hours check, travel check, build relationships with customers check.
