I'm looking for an opportunity to gain a great amount of experience with in the customer service sector as I am a peoples person and get along with people from all walks of life . I work hard towards my goals and always succeed in achieving them in currently studying business management and complete in June 2017.

Stepping stone

I have call centre experience my duties was to handle customer objectives,loading debit orders,customer service,data capturing,negotiating,handling customers queries and enquiries,receiving and dialing out calls and updating customers personal details. I'm currently studying part time is my last semester doing Business Management certificate at South West Gauteng College. I'm a good communicator,listener,hard worker and able to work flexible hours.I will appreciate if I can be given an opportunity to prove my skills and knowledge. At the current moment I'm working at Cell C as a customer care consultant under quest, I like the company's vibe and structure

Communication, patience, and understanding

working in a call center environment has taught me to be humble, understanding and improved my communication skills, i have learned a lot about different cultures and got more understanding of people i also believe that nothing can not be solved, you just listen to the query and find a solution for every problem you faced with and you can only do that through hard work and commitment call center environment also taught me that working in groups can do a lot , more than you imagined, combining ideas makes magic, and that improves the relationship with your colleagues. the most challenging aspect of the job is trying to communicate with someone who doesn't want to listen and to get them to understand where you coming from, but also this can be achieved by being patient with the person, listen attentively and show client your point of views to get them on your side

Pros: the company i am currently working for has many promotion opportunities depending on your determination and handwork

Excellent learning curve

At the store where I'm at the co-workers are great, except for our regional manager that expect so much from us but we in a store that can barely function as a store should. Only challenging part for me is that clientele in this region is not like in western cape. Here it's more about the phone then what u get as a package. Also the store has internet issues ever since I transferred here which is 4 months ago.

Pros: Not much as yet besides being permanently employed
Cons: Drop in salary long hours an we not allowed to get off on a Friday or Saturday which is unfair for us that has family and wanting a weekend off.

Great company to work for

It was great working there as I had to meet different people with different cultures and had to come and have one culture ehich is the company culture. A typical work day would be to get to the office, listen to and assess calls, call customers to conduct NPS survey. My relationship eith co-workers was great as I am a peoples person and I understand that not everyone will be friendly everyday however being the person that I am I would try and make everyone's day as pleasant as possible.I I have learnt that people are not the same and they will handle situations differently. I enjoy talking, to people by coaching and motivating them because I am a positive person who always sees good no matter the circumstances. The most challenging aspect of the job is having to escalate those who are not adhering to business processes and those who are not conducting themselves professionally on calls.

Pros: Having to meet different people from different departments and having to understand how different department works.
Cons: Sometimes I would have to work extremely long hours even outside my eorking hours and woild not be paid for overtime.

Good day My review is challenge the business process and how make the customer happy.my relationship with my co-worker it okay the thing i dont like to follow a politic at work.i have learn that keep a customer happy and your day will be fine.it when a customers not happy with the product

I take it as a learning curve

Cell C is a great company to work in and the environment is epic and pleasing. I get along very well with my superior and my co workers which is also the inspiration to go to work. The company has taught me a lot about customer importance and how we should value them at all times. The challenge about the job is when dealing with an irate or difficult customer and that is when you need to use your skills as per you job description.

Excellent learning curve

I work in a technical environment were i usually assist customers with connection issues on internet and if they've blocked the pin or password on their phones. i work in a team of 14 people its basically my second family as i spend 8 hours with them almost everyday, i've learned to trust my colleagues and depend upon whenever i have queries i cannot resolve and mostly i enjoy connecting the router. Most challenging aspects of my job is when you trying to assist someone doesn't understand the phone they have bought and you need to assist even when i dont have that phone

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in the department and assisting others
Cons: Long working hours and night shifts

Learning curve

The most challenging aspect of the job is having such uncaring team leaders that are so rude, relation with co-workers is very good, I have learnt to deal with challenges and be strong

Good working underpresure

I work in a warehouse where I work all over I work at receiving to capture stock in a system, and I also to put away stock to HI bay. any where were the are underpreture they want me to work there cause I can work in a team and alone.my co-worker believe in me and we also teach each other new things. I enjoy when I work with people who enjoy there job and discuss plans and the most challenging aspects of the job is work under management that doesn't believe in the team or doesn't do follow ups.
