Good driving experience

It is a greate platform to gain experience although it is time consuming due to abnormal working hours especially if you are on standby. Good team work and friendly colleagues. I've learned that when dealing with clients you have to humble yourself even if you not wrong because a customer is always right.

Customer service experience

Working for ccd couriers had Tought me how to deal with Clients,difficult clients aswell,Problem solving and finding solutions...having to deal with returned cards after a failed delivery,making arrangements to second delivery,Being both in and out call centre agent in a fast environment...under preasure at times

Pros: No opportunity for promotions
Cons: worked from 7 to 7,which i did not mind

Good learning platform

I want more than what I am working for

Being in CCD has taught me how to deal with customer complains. I have never thought that I could be able to persuade clients. I work really closely with my colleagues as I am a very kind and I love people which makes it easier for me to work with them. I now feel the amount of work I do now is a lot more than the salary I earn hence I am looking for a better opportunity to grow and move to greener pastures.

Pros: I am looking to grow as a person and be independent

Doing stuff on time

i enjoy working with people,i am friendly,a people's person ,kind,trustworthy,punctual ,very reliable .i like to motivate people to get there work done , i dont have a problem with race or religion,i am not a trouble maker,i prefer doing my work,i like too work with time limit,so that i know what i can do to achieve for the day

Pros: i wont mind getting a promotion,if what i have learnt from the company and they see me as an assert

Have respect for my co worker and work exceptional

The money we earn is small for the work we do, overtime money is also small, no benefits, they hire and fire too many times, when you make a mistake they always provide counseling and high deductions

Pros: Working experience in both call centre and office administrator
Cons: Overtime payment is small

Fast learner

I'm an independent worker who like to take risk and explore new challenges. I'm a fast learner and open minded to tackle any given task. The company also operates now for only 2 years and it don't have a huge client service

Pros: It's not a big company. They employed people on a monthly contract

Excellent for learning

Excellent platform for learning to deal with different queries an how to deal with different types of people and problems independently. Everyday is different is a new challenge. We as a call centre works great as a team sometimes other departments do not take the clients seriously but making them see the importance of satisfying clients is what I do cause making the client happy makes me happy.

Excellent growth in the company

Ccd courier is a good company easy to adapt into the system. Good relationship among workers and employer. Long working hours. Start off time 5am from Monday to Thursday.
