Very goid at giving opportunities as you grow with the company
Its a good working inviroment,i get along with my co-workers ,i get to deal with different clients everyday so i can say i learn everyday how to deal with them some are rude and some understand the kind of pressure i go through .i have learnt that i have to be patient no matter the setuation ..what i enjoy most is problem solving when am able to help the client in a defficult setuation....
Pros: Considered when there are posts within the company

Excellent for learning
Excellent platform for learning to deal with different queries an how to deal with different types of people and problems independently. Everyday is different is a new challenge. We as a call centre works great as a team sometimes other departments do not take the clients seriously but making them see the importance of satisfying clients is what I do cause making the client happy makes me happy.
Pros: Great working time
Cons: Low chance of growth within the company

Good driving experience
It is a greate platform to gain experience although it is time consuming due to abnormal working hours especially if you are on standby. Good team work and friendly colleagues. I've learned that when dealing with clients you have to humble yourself even if you not wrong because a customer is always right.

Customer service experience
Working for ccd couriers had Tought me how to deal with Clients,difficult clients aswell,Problem solving and finding solutions...having to deal with returned cards after a failed delivery,making arrangements to second delivery,Being both in and out call centre agent in a fast environment...under preasure at times
Pros: No opportunity for promotions
Cons: worked from 7 to 7,which i did not mind

Bad company
Not following labour laws, people get dismissed now and then. No signing of warnings you get dismissals straight away and no one will represent you during the dismissal proses. When you car breakdown four a month you're dismissed. Every year employees get increase of R200 or less. Our cars are not rait according to the kilometres. We get monthly salary of R6300 that's all. We are delivering bank cards.
Pros: A company which does not care for it's employees, using your own car but earnings less than R10 000 a month, no benefits, they treat you like your nothing. No service on our cars. No provident fund
Cons: Depends what time you finish your deliveries.

Doing stuff on time
i enjoy working with people,i am friendly,a people's person ,kind,trustworthy,punctual ,very reliable .i like to motivate people to get there work done , i dont have a problem with race or religion,i am not a trouble maker,i prefer doing my work,i like too work with time limit,so that i know what i can do to achieve for the day
Pros: i wont mind getting a promotion,if what i have learnt from the company and they see me as an assert

I definitely learnt a lot as we mostly work with bank cards
Wen I started to work at CCD it was nice u use ur own car so u had left over petrol which u can use to cum to work and go home everyday at least that helped for the little sallery they paying us but now they cutting that out becoming stingy with petrol but they want the work done and a new thing they came up with sending a SMS to the client if u don't they deduct r150 from ur pay for each 1 u didn't send and the work phone they give u they know it has a problem but they still give it to u then they want to say u didn't sent SMS to the client but u know u did its just pathetic they actually don't want to give out that r3500 for wages they want to deduct from it as well and on top of. It u drive ur car broken and if ur car is broken or sum things wrong with it they end ur contract just shows how little they care about their workers
Pros: None just deductions everyday they cum up with a new idea how to deduct from the drivers pay which is disgusting for already paying the drivers so little
Cons: None wen u new at the job they treat u lekker but wen u become wise about what shit management is doing they treat u like shit

Experience gained
I've come to learn alot at my current position and have made alotta of good relationships with my co-workers the relationship I value the most is the one I have with my manager we get along and understand eachers quite well with a highest level of respect. I really enjoy driving and we do that alot the only thing I find slightly challenging is the time appointments sometimes they tend to clash but I've learnt to work around that. I've gain a messive amount of experience here things like dealing with clients and how to react when in a certain position with a client, how to handle them professionally and how the industry system works.
Pros: I learnt more than I expected

Improvement of communication skills
At CCD Couriers working hours are between 8 and 5, I have worked at the FNB office as and administrator, it was a great pleasure working alongside with others, managers communicationsare poor, I have learnt how to be patient and communication skills has improvements. I have enjoyed collecting clients cards at the volt which was an exercise as well after,. The most challenging working experience was booking a card to an incorrect address or branch which was costly.

I am accurate
I work from 7am till 5pm, I work well with my colleagues to meet the deadlines that has been required form us. I have learned that a lot in the Hr field that can grow me further to maintain a company. what I love about my good is that is the relationship I regained with the employees and respect.
