Improvement of communication skills

At CCD Couriers working hours are between 8 and 5, I have worked at the FNB office as and administrator, it was a great pleasure working alongside with others, managers communicationsare poor, I have learnt how to be patient and communication skills has improvements. I have enjoyed collecting clients cards at the volt which was an exercise as well after,. The most challenging working experience was booking a card to an incorrect address or branch which was costly.

GOOD EXPERIENCE AND GREAT NETWORKING

WORKING AT MY COMPANY IS MORE EXPERIENCE AND LESS GROWTH. A NORMAL DAY WOULD BE ANSWERING EMAILS, ARRANGING DELIVERIES LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL, INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CALLS, FILING AND DOING COLLECTIONS FOR CLIENTS. WORK WELL WITH MY CO-WORKERS AND IVE LEARNT TO BE PATIENT, WORK WELL WITH CLIENTS. DEADLINES ARE MOST CHALLENGING BUT WORKABLE

Good experience

Long hours. Learnt a lot in customer service industry, how to work under pressure multitasking ,dealing with irate clients.i inbound calls excellent experience... meeting target hourly

My journey at CCD COURIERS

Working for Ccd has been a great joirbey, it still is on a dailt basis i do auditing , compliments and complaints customer care, it is a great place to work in however one needs growhr and financial stability

it tought me how to deal with angry and inpatient clients how to calm them down and meet their requirements.make sure that clients are happy and keep our best services

Excellent learning curve

Working at CCD couriers is fun but also challenging at times because you sometimes have to deal with a difficult client, you have to assure the client/s that their parcel will be delivered to them on time. You have to be able to multitask and be a good team player.

Good working condition

Working at CCD Couriers is very good not challenging. I am working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. I've learned a lot like communicate skills, how to deal with queries, irate clients.

I have a certificate in Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing.

Working in a transport Industry ( Courier Service ) is not easy but rather challenging having to deal with irate clients constantly calling in to track their package's to answering mails from Financial Institutes ( Banks ) regarding complaints from their clients e.g why did the courier not deliver on time & etc. I maintain a very good relationship with my colleagues in all department's , I am free Spirit, i get along with almost anyone and those who has been around me long say I am crazy. My Company has taught me to be tough both mentally & physcially. I can best do anything given good training & correct pointers.

Nice environment to work ,more work less money.

It was nice experience working for ccd couriers, flexible hours,friendly stuff...easy to meet deadlines and challenging at the same time. But no permanent position , get contract every month,no benefits. I have learnt how to speak n be professional when you talk to the client as we working with different clients mostly they have overseas English accent.. ccd taught me listening skills n noe to calm the client as we meet difficult clients ,it was a great experience.

Pros: Flexible hours,no weekends
Cons: Can terminate your contract with out giving a solid reason
