Excellent way of growing my career and leaning

I have eager to learn, I believe that will helpe grow my career and grow within the company. Since I've worked in sales driven position I believe I will cope very well and bring out the best to the company, I'm willing to learn and teach what I know ul to so far

Educational

Enjoy working with different clients on a daily basis, not enjoying working with targets, sometimes colleagues can keep a grudge and affect work at times. Learnt a lot regarding finances, fraud, dealing with difficult individuals. I enjoy the teller duties as well as the filing and administrative work.

Lean and mean environment

The majority oi the day is spent in meetings, necessitating working at night. Being a 24 hour organisation, no time is off limits. Management has to be in office 4 days a week. Relationship with co-workers is good and they are good people. I have learnt that as a company grows, they become more corporate. I really enjoyed the projects which I was involved in and were heavily committed to them Most challenging is that manipulation trumps being honest.
