To work well with others

It is a very busy organisation,sales and marketing is involved dealing with clients financial issues,I am a very social person who work well with others, iv learnt how to work independenty always ask if I don't understand being punctual to a work environment. I enjoy the most working with a good team to achieve targets that are required as a team which lead to achieving team awards as a branch. The most challenging aspect is to maintain targets in all aspects because I would always fight to be at the top evrymonth.

Excellent learning curve but evil people manager

Client service, sales & marketing, credit application, processing transactions and jealousy people who spread rumours snakes back stabbers it a great company but it management will be it downfall love the company it growing and I believe in it that it will prosper in future regardless

Working at capitec bank it's empowering, you get to know how to multitask, share responsibilities work as a team, problem solve gain managerial skills even at entry level

Excellent learning curve

Capitec Bank has taught me many lessons and I am truly grateful for it. I just feel that it is time for me to move on. I have to start thinking of myself. After all, we all want to be happy. That is why I need to move to Oudtshoorn. The town makes me happy.

Pros: Good exposure to client service
Cons: Long working hours with very few hours off per month

A rewarding experience

I am grateful for my experience at Capitec Bank. I picked up some good habits and enhanced my qualities. The experience has been both rewarding and challenging, but definitely worth it.

Pros: The freedom to learn as much as you can. One was not limited to learn anything.
Cons: Long working hours, favoritism, no growth.

Excellent Investigation and Report Writing Skills

Over the years ive gained many experiences of Investigation, criminal investigations in the finace sector or banking industry. Ive received many awards from my department on a monthly basis and ive received compliments from the head of the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC).

Pros: Ive started at the lowest level of banking, and worked my way up, by being promoted every year for the past 5 years.
Cons: Working over weekends

Productive team leader

Face to face interaction with clients, Coaching, training, Offer products to the clients in a way for them to see the need. Facilitating to different companies, broadening their knowledge about us and our products

Pros: Working independently but with support when needed

Challenging job

Its a challenging job as it has monthly targets. I love the pressure that comes with the job as it teaches me to be able to plan and organise my day job. Being able to fulfawa clients primary and unexpressed need is the most exciting part about my job. Healthy competition among co-workers makes the job more exciting and it makes me push more to succeed.
