I will be an asset to your company
Currently, I work with two academics, for two different academic departments, as well as with students, daily. I am based in the office of the Dean of the faculty and work closely with him assisting with ad-hoc duties. I do meeting schedules, minutes, event organising and hosting, secretarial duties, report writing, administrative duties, to name but a few. I have a close relationship with my two line managers. I've learnt much about the academic environment like dealing with staff and students. I enjoy my work environment and working closely with my colleagues very much. I can multitask, am very meticulous, hardworking, and view all of my tasks with high priority. At times the challenging aspect of my job is working for two different departments simultaneously but I do it with much ease.

Career prospects
Working at an educational institution as an administrator for teaching and learning has awarded me an opportunity to multi task and not focusing on one particular job specification at a time. I also got an opportunity to take on a short course in Human Resources Management. Having to interact directly with acsdemic staff committees has been the greatest highlight of my job as I am the liaison between my office, faculty and academic staff.
Pros: Opportunities for furthering studies and gaining more ecposure in HR related duties.

Good working place for growth
It a good place more like a home where people care for each other and respect each others work. I enjoyed working there and I hve learned soo many things on working with the diversity of people and most importantly knowing how different we are in workplace . It was beautiful.
Pros: Opportunities open for people who wants to grow
Cons: Normal hours depending on a person if he/she wishes to do an overtime then no one will stop them.

Good learning curve
In this job I move around a lot as I conduct maintenance on lifts and attend any call outs due to break-downs in the route i work in. I work with a senior technician who guides me and helps ,e put my studies to practical. I hardly go to the office as I am always on site. I have learned in detail how a three-phase motor works I have learned to understand schematic diagrams in minimum time as it comes in handy for fault-finding I have learned to conduct myself in a professional manner I have learned about the importance of Occupational health and safety in the industry The most challenging aspect and the most enjoyable part of the job is fault-finding, with having to follow the basic principles of engineering and being able to think crucially and logically.

I am currently employed as an Admin Assistant in Teaching and Learning. My daily duties entail general office administration coupled with purchase requisition on request. Venue bookings, liaison between departments of the Health and Wellness faculty. I always maintain a professional level of work ethics and get well with colleagues from the various departnents . I enjoy working with people from all walks of life as we interact we international students too. What I find challenging is the infrastructure with the entire institution but I always go an extra mile to make things happen. I am always eager to take up new challenges as it also bgroadens my knowledge and expertise.

Always hungry for work, and prefers deadlines, available for work overtimes when situations toss so. At the current company you can work from 07h30 till 21h00 I always avail my self, not just for money only but dedication is one of my strong points

Excellent learning curve
I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I learnt to have patience. I enjoy reading books and learn more, to gain experience. To ideally secure a permanent position within a challenging organization, affording me the opportunity to utilize my educational and working experiences. The position should ideally offer scope for personal growth and development as well as the opportunity for future advancement. A trustworthy and reliable individual that handles pressure well. Interpersonal skills include a developed individual with a high regard for ethics, confidentiality and integrity. A team player who has the ability to liaise independently and effectively at all levels; proven track record with the ability to organize and establish discipline in the performance of my duties; additional traits include working reliably and responsibly in a pressurized, goal orientated environment and using initiative to solve problems and provide for growth.

I'm no longer working at CPUT, because I was an intern and my contract ended. I recently graduated at CPUT in ND:Business Information and Administration. I am now desperate for job and hopefully my application will be considered.
