Understand the ways of corporate industry
Everyday you get to learn new aspects and get face a bigger challenge each day, and I acquire new strategies and implement those strategies to to overcome the challenges I'm facing. Sometimes they are much difficult but the end result is of a success. Well my colleagues are different, we sometimes do not agree on the same thing some might like a certain a idea some may not, which causes a discomfort relationship amongst each other, to deal with such issue, a group discussion is called-upon and lay down all the pros n cons and agree on a solution to resolve the issue. Team work is important, generate as ideas as possible rather than being a sole worker, and with team work there's a positive energy and productivity. I enjoy both working one and with team members as well. I've had a huge pressure, I was not fond of working under pressure, first time experience and my tasks seemed to have fallen but an assistance for a member helped me pull through and that's how I learned to work under pressure.
Pros: Working in your company will aid me in sharpening my mind on how the corporate business world is, and it will assist me in broadening skills I'm the best possible way. And, growing within your company will also, give me the courage to work even harder and acquiring a variety of expertise in the eight business function fields. Training as well, we all do not know everything and we all learn each day, there are some aspects that we will be taught in the workplace
Cons: Demanding aspects, you would find that a day you are issued a file full of workload thay is a lot. And, 9f which, takes up your whole time and sometimes having to knock off very late and have timed hours to spend with your family

I am a well dedicated and hard working candidate. Able to work at low or no supervision with attention to details. I am also eager to learn new skills; cope very quickly. If you find it in your heart to employ me you will never regret your decision in future

Excellent great experience
the working days and hours won't convenience my life, i was super happy because all was requested from me is the most thing i value the most customers and my colleagues. building relationship and collaboration is one of the things i learnt, but most challenges is to repeat same thing every day, the technology was the greatest weakest point we were facing in my company. support was our core mission. i enjoyed working in a healthy environment. but noise students around my department was too much other than that i enjoyed being in a health and wellness department, teaches me o how to look after myself and treat people the way i would like to be treated. they developed me as intern to act professionally when i make phone calls and receiving calls from clients and i improved and it was a learning environment all my mentors where so supportive in many ways.
Pros: is to always be step ahead and have self confidence at all times, i Thakane Combi can go extra mile by start preparing myself for the best.
Cons: long working hours helps me to improve individually.

Good working place for growth
It a good place more like a home where people care for each other and respect each others work. I enjoyed working there and I hve learned soo many things on working with the diversity of people and most importantly knowing how different we are in workplace . It was beautiful.
Pros: Opportunities open for people who wants to grow
Cons: Normal hours depending on a person if he/she wishes to do an overtime then no one will stop them.

Good learning curve
I am discovering my unknown strengths of working in a diverse environment and I am doing quite great because I have became I good inter-group communicator. I like the fact that we differ in perspectives and culture, and that alone add to my experience. My daily work is to tutor 1st years doing Management course Financial Management 1, helping them with calculations to prepare for examinations. I have a friendly relationship with the students. I enjoy doing finance and knowing that I update my knowledge on daily basis about it.

Excellent Learning curve
- I have enjoyed working with external companies when organizing student events, It has taught me a lot about time management, planning, and working under pressure. I have a great relationship with my fellow co-workers The challenges faced were not being able to achieve certain projects due to limitations of The University.

Great learning curve
I had an amazing working experience with my mentor and co-workers at the department. Learning new methods,interacting with great minds and experiencing to work with new machineries/equipment at the department. Finding new methods on previous articles on how to improve our research product was abit of a challenge but a very educational one,having to employment some of the I formation found on the internet to our method to improve our research findings was challenging. Having to interact with Dr's with the different research focuses they did on their PhD degrees was an awesome experience,how they interacted with each other on a level I could never imagine was an awesome experience.

I am a fast learner and I take my work very seriously.
I am a food technology third year student at CPUT hoping to get my diploma certificate next year. I have been exposed to Laboratories, the Microbiology lab and an analytical chemistry lab. I have been exposed to NPD and HACCP without forgetting about the ISO9001 and ISO22000.
Pros: I am prepared to do anything that will benefit the company and boost my confidence in the industry.
Cons: I am looking to do whatever it takes to make sure that all given tasks are up to standard. Working shifts and overtime wouldn't be an issue.

Good learning curve
In my campany everyone was given a chance to show what they've got. Also when there were big meetings you will be ask to assist the person that need the assistance. The colegues treated each other equally so that the will be no one feel small or neglected. I've learned to work as a time and also learned how to manage pressure. The thing that was difficult it's when you have to do presentations alone.
