A great lerning experience
Working there is journey filled with lessons, i have to make sales, limit wastage insure hygiene starndards are followed, do all the administrative work, decrease costs/expenses and make sure that the customer is satisfied, remembering that you are in a team of people with different personalities is important because with out them you cannot be able to carry the above duties accurately. team playing and good leadership is vital as a supervisor i believe that if you take care of your staff they will take care of the busssiness.we as a team enjoy seing sales of the department increase and happy customers, dispite the challenges we face e.g.supliers not delivering stock,customers stealing, staff abseteesm and inflation the end results is always good

Always on time, always willing to learn you think things and I also love challenges
I am always on time for work. I'm a very hard worker and I'm always willing to learn new things and new and better work tactics. I always have a good relationship with my colleagues because I enjoy working with people and I find it easy to connect with them no matter who it is. I've learnt alot of ways to work especially in a warehouse, I've learnt alot about how warehouses work. I've also learnt alot about working with people as my work made me engage with everyone in the warehouse. I enjoyed learning new things at work, I enjoyed achieving achieving the daily goals we set for ourselves. What was mostly challenging about my previous job was when we had a huge work load and when we didn't have any space to work with in the warehouse so we had to try and create it.
Pros: Being on time. Being a fast learner. Always keen to learn. Paying attention to detail
Cons: I can be too committed to my work that I don't spend enough time for social activities

it's good working but the money that am getting is too much low to compare with the working am doing because sometimes they don't have us the full amount that we supposed to get each and every month end,

Im a good person for this position.
Being a cashier is a good job because I face many challenges of a customer and also from supervisors.the relationship with co- workers is very good because we share ideas and information we have.I have learnt of how to treat a customer in a good way and manner.I've also learnt of how to do work.I've enjoy to assist a customer with their needs and also to solve their problems. The challenges of a job is not to paid on time.

Good learning curve
Iiim hard work young women. I have a skill customers service.. I work as team and working alone . My relationship with co-workers is very good and . I've learn more how to treat customers and co-workers and respect each other. Never shout costumer and customers always rigt. I've learn how to count money and using tills. I've enjoyed working with customers and always friendly with every customers. What is challenging most when you have no enough change in your till and you have a lot of customers and they are waiting for you and you are busy asking for change in your supervisor.

It's nice to work at my current job
Company has been There is nothing wrong with the company, its just that the Company it has been sold to Shoprite Checkers There is nothing wrong with the company, its just that the Company it has been sold to Shoprite Checkers and i had a bad experience with Shoprite i used to work for it, the treatment there it was very bad that was the reason why i left them. I've learnt a lot of things in Cambridge because i joined the as the Liquor store Manager and got promoted to be Assistant manager till to date i had a bad experience with Shoprite i used to work for it, the treatment there it was very bad that was the reason why i left them.
