I work Monday to friday 9 hours every day,I work hand in hand assistant store manager

A very great experience and lovey place for grasping as much of knowledge as possible.
I'm making sure that the consultant are complying with the company policy. I'm listening to calls to make sure that clients are treated fairly and that not misled. I make sure that all sales calls 100% quality. I also make sure that they are no breaches in the calls

Management studies and sales
At work it we work so hard while we earn little money and the environment is not on perfect state but what I've learned the is to receive a product or production also I've learn all butchery duties so far there is nothing I enjoy there coz working there....there is no progress in life they use our strength because we earn 17 rands per hour which is nothing

Excellent learning experience
in my current position, I'm involved in the following aspects: daily banking console, managing shrink, staff requisitions, people management,disciplinary of staff, store HR issue. On daily basis work together with the store manager to prepare reports, meetings, make sure company procedures and processes are followed.

This work place is small which makes it hard to work freely and the managers are so demanding
This company is not suitable for people who are the bread winners at home because of the salary paid here and the manager are not giving any opportunities for the workers but it easier to come here because it not far away from home

Adaptable to environment
To work at cambrigde food they are main things i lean such as how to machadise. Also how to keep your working place clean as well , as how to communicate with colligues/workers. I aslo lean to work in time being fast on what im doing by that time. and im being ealy at work also adaptable at any environment or department at work.

20 years plus experience as an accounts payable clerk. attention to detail, fast learner, keen to learn team player. SAP and microsoft office experience.
