Working in a call Centre
Our company is a big company and allows you to interact with various kinds of people in the workplace and different challenges everyday. I enjoy working closely with my team members and my superiors which reduces a lot of unhealthy issues. Problems are resolved within and easier because we are all in the same business. A healthy relationship with all allows us all to work great together . I enjoy the challenge of being responsible for a whole project where I get to enjoy all parts of it in making it a success and driving it to completion without any problems and in expected Due time.

Good Stock Management Skills
Working with people, working with parts, issuing transnational parts, i have learned a lot in stock management, specifically in parts distribution. dealing with customers when issuing parts can be most challenging because you have to serve them well while making sure your stock is still balancing and that you don't issue out more than u have to, its stock control all the way.
Pros: there is great chance of knowing, gaining more experience.
Cons: There is no opportunity for growth, you can work here for long

Exelant learing curve
I would like to secure a position where my existing skills in the areas of credit controller and customer service can be utilised by a progressive and iinnovative company. I believe that if you set goals in yourself, you can achieve anything and everything you want in life. I am resourceful and determined and have the ability to work calmly & well under pressure

No promotions, Deductions on salaries are astronomical.
This company pays late, if you are lucky you will get your salary every 2 months. They send you for training that does not help in the outside world. A typical day at work is very stressful, I am starting to lose my passion for IT.
Pros: Get to see\know the country
Cons: Drive very far, Don't get paid on time, struggle to get noticed by management.

Good learning curve
It good to work for my company a lot has change in my life ( Personally and Corporate ) I have never had or seen any altercation in the company, I have great co-workers Everyday we allow ourselves to learn what is new in the IT world and what can make our work easy since we always dealing with people The challenge about the job is when dealer with someone who's not familiar with a computer system However I enjoy my job cause I've though that I would be assisting a national company like Caltex garage .

Excellent Learning expirience
Working here is amazing in a sense that you get to meet different people with different personalities. And as a Service Agent you have to be able to handle all these personalities as you be controlling them through out the day. A plus is the ability to learn a lot of things from different departments while you continue doing your daily task. for instance, it is important to check the duration that field technician travels as customer gets to be charged for that, although this has nothing to do with my work, my knowledge of that makes billing a lot easier when the accounts department takes over.
